Hamas international terror organization of course - is not to deliver goods to Gaza but rather to generate a confrontation with Israel. If they really cared about the people of Gaza, they could have delivered the very same goods through the existing channels, either through Israel or through Egypt, both of which countries border with Gaza and through both goods, e.g. food, clothing, hardware, electricity, water, petrol, are passed regularly. But going through the proper channels would not generate the TV pictures these "activists" seek, thus the "flotilla" that would connect with those whose goal has been the annihilation of the nation-state of the Jewish people and with it all traces of Jewish life in it.

It is outrageous that the people of Israel not only have to cover the expenses of stopping these fanatics but that we will foot the bill to ship them home. This is as bad as replacing burnt garbage cans in Jerusalem's Mea Shearim each time they are torched in a protest. Make the law breakers pay, why should our (my) taxes cover both the law enforcement and costs incurred by hoodlums?

The likes of Eitan Haber always have trouble describing, in correct terms, the actual situation because if they did they would be admitting the barbarity of Israeli war crimes ie; collective punishment. Gaza is under Israeli military control and Israel, as a form of collective punishment, bans such items as: children's crayons, toys and books, vinegar and spices, paper, glass, baby diapers, jam, chocolate, french fries, dried fruit, fabrics, notebooks, empty flowerpots etc etc from entering Gaza. Obviously Israel can never be trusted to deliver this aid to Gaza as it would defeat the purpose of Israel’s collective punishment of 1.5m civilians. The flotilla will arrive and yet again the World will witness Israel refusing to allow international aid into Gaza and no amount of ‘soft’ words from Haber and his ilk will lessen the disgust that the World will feel towards this inhumanity.
