bernard ross ,   st anns bay jamaica   (06.04.10)

34. May israel get back 3 times what it gives
(06.04.10)
35. ICC
Diana ,   US   (06.04.10)
US nor Israel among other nations have not accepted the ICC, as required for a nation to be subject to its rulings and to jurisdiction of that court. Its decision therefore is of no effect, Turkey knows this. This is grandstanding
36. Europeans...& Brits.
Stephen Goyim ,   Manchester UK   (06.04.10)
I keep on reading on these talkbacks about how anti- semitic Europeans are. Not so! A large percentage of us support you in your stand against muslim terrorism & your struggle to survive in a hostile environment. More power to you. To say we are all anti-semites is a dangerous sweeping, & totally incorrect generalisation, & could lead to further alienation of Israel by the people would wish you well.
37. Ergodan is grandstanding again
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (06.04.10)
He knows that the ICC has no jurisdiction in the matter, just like the NPT. We have not signed either treaty and are not bound by them. Furthermore it is illegal to force a country to sign any treaties.
38. Israel has crossed the line.
abdullah   (06.04.10)
I wanna ask a question: Is killing a person normal? so Israel will understand that is a mistake.
39. Wake up, Israel !
Martin Woodhouse ,   Guildford, England   (06.04.10)
Stephen (another goy, see 36) is right; there are a lot of us ordinary folk who aren't fooled and are on your side. But countries? Governments? Wake up and get a grip! Nobody gives a fourpenny damn how many Jews get killed; if Iran ships a big missile into Gaza because you've been soft enough to cave in here, and a town in Israel gets wiped out, what will we hear? 'Oh dear, bit of a shame, but then it's Israel's fault . . .' That's what we'll hear, and you know it damn well. Here's some advice from one of the goyim who wishes you well:- Trust in God, people, and keep your powder dry, 'cause you're on your own over there. Cheers and love,
40. HELP, is there a doctor in the house?
tiki ,   belgium   (06.04.10)
This Erdogan guy NEEDS URGENT HELP. The man get's more hysterical by the day. Will somebody please help him out of his misery. One could almost feel sorry for him with his FLOTILLA syndrome. The 'polls for the next elections probably show a BIG defeat!
41. #36 (europeans & brits)
ophir ,   nyc   (06.04.10)
it's the fact that anti-semites are in power over there and liberal delusionists are fervently protesting to protect human rights for terrorists!! we know that the eu and uk citizens are terrified of the terror and we are aware that you respect israel's ceaseless efforts to stand tall and proud against world islamization... there are many arabs in your parliament...what are they doing in those positions in uk? does england really need these ticking time bombs calling any shots or condoning islamist terror in a western society...europe is about to roll back 200 years and you all know it. you will waste more time dealing with islamic terror than israel because europe hasnt learned yet what israel can teach about muslim extremists - there are no moderate muslims...it's written in their scriptures to fool and trick western countries and rape them from within!! take a good look at your country's policy towards islam...then judge israel for it's resolve!!
42. Please do...
Danny   (06.04.10)
Would love to see this argued in court with REAL evidence. I will bet that this comes to nothing, Turkey has nothing to gain from this action as it will only highlight the real facts and they already got their propaganda win.
43. Watch this, and LOL
flyingdoc57 ,   Florida, U.S.A.   (06.04.10)

44. Israel should advocate stopping USA funding of Turkey
Ariel   (06.04.10)
Turkey has become a terrorist supporting regime. The USA should reduce its financial support to Erdogans government! Lobby for punishing Turkey's government provocations! Hit them in their pocket/ There it will hurt them!
45. I think its a great idea, let's take it to court.
Rich from Boston ,   Boston USA   (06.04.10)
Let the truth see the light of day. Let Israel seek damages to the sponsors of the terror flotilla. Let Israel pursue Turkey and others who helped organize this staged attack on Israel. See the truth-watch the entire clip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eb-G1PlFGIs&feature=related
46. Anton - you want court think again
David Israel ,   New York, USA   (06.04.10)
Are the hands of Turkey entirely clean when it comes to courts? So far we know the Loumides case and a few others in Cyprus that ended finding Turkey wrong in occupying North Cyprus, awarding the plaintiff restitution and recognizing the Turkish troops in Cyprus as illegal occupiers. The international courts also awarded several Kurdish activists like Leyla Zana with restitution. I said before to someone else think well and swallow 9 times before you post anything. What you want to happen for Israel might come and bite you very hard even one day taking away 20 % of your country. So far the strongest supporter of Turkey in all these matters is Israel.
47. Abdullah No kiling a person is not normal
david isarel ,   New York, USA   (06.04.10)
So please google these names and find out about their lives Dorit Benisian Yuval Abebeh And then ask the question again.
48. #19, what "investigation" would you be happy with?
Danny   (06.04.10)
Clearly not a genuine fact based one because the facts are pretty open and shut. "Activists" attacked first, endangered the lives of soldiers AFTERWARDS defended themselves. This is all captured on video. I assume you want a Goldstone Mk 2 where the authors tell the world what they decided before hearing any evidence. Much faster that way.
49. #20, wasn't aware Turkey was at war with Armenia
Danny   (06.04.10)
at the time of massacre.
50. Turkey- the occupier
American ,   Los Angeles ,US   (06.05.10)
Turkey is occupier of armenian and kurdish land.
51. To # 25 You're a LIAR
American ,   Los Angeles,USA   (06.05.10)
All my relative were killed by the turks, only my grandfather survived to tell about the horror.
52. Europeans,Brits & govts.
Stephen Goy. ,   Manchester UK   (06.05.10)
Ophir 41. Read your missive & agree with most of it. You do make one fundamental error in assuming that our "government" represents the people. It does not, & has not for the past decade or so, during which time most of the "alien" colonisation took place as part of a govt . policy. They never asked the people, knowing what that answer would be. I believe its called treason. Sure we have empty headed, bleeding hearted do gooders & fellow travellers............. same as Isreal, its called democracy. but they do not speak for the nation. & are there any Arabs or their sympathisers it the Knesset?
53. Turkey to seek criminal charges against Israel in Flotilla
John StGeorge ,   Los Angeles, USA   (06.05.10)
In the article, Turkey fails to cite the law that they believe was violated. I don't believe that international law was violated and offer the following in support of my belief. San Remo Manual on International Law Applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea, 12 June 1994 SECTION V : NEUTRAL MERCHANT VESSELS AND CIVIL AIRCRAFT Neutral merchant vessels 67. Merchant vessels flying the flag of neutral States may not be attacked unless they: (a) are believed on reasonable grounds to be carrying contraband or breaching a blockade, and after prior warning they intentionally and clearly refuse to stop, or intentionally and clearly resist visit, search or capture; PART IV : METHODS AND MEANS OF WARFARE AT SEA SECTION II : METHODS OF WARFARE Blockade 96. The force maintaining the blockade may be stationed at a distance determined by military requirements. 98. Merchant vessels believed on reasonable grounds to be breaching a blockade may be captured. Merchant vessels which, after prior warning, clearly resist capture may be attacked. 100. A blockade must be applied impartially to the vessels of all States.
