This forces Iran to build up in own industries and may act a tariff so its more profitable for Iran companies than using blackmarket.
The EU restrictions on oil and gas equipment will put pressure on China and Pakistan, while US banking and blacklist puts pressure on Russia.

Im sorry but they have shot themselves in the foot here because they denied Iran something that Iran didnt need since its effective market is china, russia.
