Freedom of expression does not extend to hate speech. Doubt you know anything about it.

You are a consummate fool. Whom do you think started those fires? Why, that would be neo-Nazis. The Turks in Germany are the new Jews, fool. Your "very wise German legislator" was in all likelihood the instigator behind those "fire starter criminals." Idiot.

Of course, I realize that coming from Jordan as you do, you know absolutely nothing about democracy and democratic principles. Permit me to educate you. Freedom of speech is constitutionally protected in all democracies. Freedom of speech, however, does not extend to slander, license or hate speech. There you go! See how EASY that was?

35. #11 Nour saddles up with neo-Nazis
Cynthia ,   USA   (06.18.10)
There certainly was a lot of bloodshed caused by Arab armies and militias who attacked Israel in 1948. Nour likes to push the "expulsion of millions of Palestinians" myth. In actuality, Nour's family ran away from Israel to Lebanon in 1948 to get out of the way of war. Nour once mentioned the names of two villages where her family lived before 1948. I looked these villages up and learned the inhabitants left when Syrian militias took over the area to fight against the Israeli army. Nour has no claim to a country or land her family willingly abandoned.

Peter ,   Vienna-Austria   (06.18.10)
because it would hurt the state of israel. Just because during a time in history we did something which was wrong. Enough is enough. The German people are waking up at last.
37. # 11
Jeff ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (06.18.10)
so why did you, or your family leave in '48? 1.5 million Arabs live in ISrael. No one forced them to leave. We just don't let those cowards who ran away from their land, instead of fighting for it, to return. Stop crying and get a backbone

40. He is a idiot but possible dangerous if others listen to him
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (06.18.10)
Is not the "Holocaust Industry" also tourism? which makes Germany and Poland a lot of money. Hitler was only one angry politician until people started to listen and follow him. While I think the "Palestinians" got a bad deal with the creation of Israel but they could have made peace years ago and have a better life now.

43. Shame on the east of Germany
Nicky ,   Tel Aviv   (06.18.10)
I am German as well, and I can just say that its a pity to see, that the German government is still not able to stop the NPD Party!! This Party is extremely right sided, and it doest surprise me, that they are located in East Germany. East Germany is still poor, has huge problems for their ppl to find work, and this even after more than 20 passed that Germany reunited! But unfortunately the NPD has a lot of influence with this poor citizen and gain even more power... But its time to finally kick them out of the government...especially with such statements!
44. law in the government
Nicky ,   Tel Aviv   (06.18.10)
I wished I could agree with your comment. there are some basic laws in germany which forbid extreme right sided parties. But unfortunately the NPD found a way to be exactly on the line of this laws. This is why I think Germany must redefine the laws to forbid them completely...but its not that easy. But there is hope....
45. @SarahB. One doesn't need to read this guys comments to know
Mark ,   Netherlands   (06.18.10)
Hate speech. One can see and read your comments on a daily basis to realize what hate speech is. You are a xenophobe. You just don't know it yet. Now seriously Sarah, would you also make the same comments when someone talks nonsense against your enemies??(not that I have anything for the muzzies).

49. It should be know - even according to the most generous Pal
Jews ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (06.18.10)
estimates, less than 1 million Arabs fled their homes or where forcibly evicted in 1948. Other, more reputable historical sources place this nu,ber at around half a million. To say "millions" of "Palestinians" were evicted is a gross distortion of historical record on two fronts - 1, the fact that the number is far lower than that, and is equal to if not less than the number of Jews forcibly evicted from Arab lands after 1948 as well. 2, the Arabs living in what was then British Mandate Palestine, did not conisder themselves "Palestinian" but Arab or more closely tied to their city or clan. The term "Palestinian" is a political creation, which came into play in the early 1960s, in the Arabs' effort to destroy the fledgling Jewish state. Before the adoption of this term, most of the Arabs in the West Bank considered themselves "Jordanian" although Transjordan was also a creation of the British not long before Israel's establishment. So here we have a German far-rightist, employing the lexicon of the left, trying to demonize and delegitimize Israel through whatever means possible - no matter their factual congruence. Nour, for example, if he or she is truly a "Palestinian", or lets say a descendent of the Arabs that were living in British Mandate Palestine, has shown his/her own weak narrative by adopting this German hate-speech as his or her own. Lies, hatred and violence have always been and will always be the downfall of the nations who try and destroy Israel.

51. To #36
Dani ,   Amsterdam NL   (06.18.10)
Enough is Enough and I wondering how much is legal according by the European law to have EX neo-Nazi at the government . Can be the German and Austria still persecuted for this kind of behaviour if yes I hope someone will do that as Arabs fans are doing when Israelis or Jewish are trying to defend them self. Just a conclusion I don't think anyone can dismiss what your Nazi's have done just as a mistake. Because of the so called mistake millions of people were killed, brutally assasinated and tortured, among of them the Jews to them were dedicate particular attentions. They were not able to recover their houses in Europe because before you killed them you expropriate all their goods. Before you proud Austrian-German complain about something think about it and try to look yourself beside your family in a mirror if you can.
52. He has a point - Jews should stop whining about the holocaus
St Andrew ,   Miami,FL   (06.18.10)
most jews are "over it" others are not . The point is the war is long over - and as a society - tey paid the price - jews need to learn to forgive - a "final forgivness" should be formalised and be done

Sarah, thank You for mentioning Mozart, as he is my favorite composer. Although he was born in Salzburg/Austria, 15 km opposite from Germany where I live, his parents came from Germany. By the way, although I was born in Germany, where I lived my whole live, I actually hold an Austrian passport... Live is a bit complicated some times. But in all of Your points I am clearly on the same page with You...!! I should probably say: ***AS ALWAYS...!!!***

60. The other side of the coin
lara ,   Australia   (06.18.10)
Jews weren't able to recover their home in Europe. Palestinians were unable to recover their home in Palestine. While your perception of the Palestinian people is "terrorists", the perception of others is that israel are the "terrorist". While Palestinians get blamed by Israelis for the never ending war and get blamed for not recognising israel as a legitimate state, Israel is being blamed for the occupation and failure to recognise Palestine as a legitimate state. You see it through your eyes as an injustice to Jews, while others see it as an injustice to Palestinians. Palestinians being the weaker of the two in terms of political influence, land ownership and millitary power are the victims of the bigger and stronger bully.
