Well, this is my offer : 1) Separate Gaza from Israel and the so-called Palestine. That is make Gaza a free independent republic or attach Gaza to Egypt. 2) Split Israel into Arab/Jewish/Druze/Beduin cantons with a full autonomy (including Police) for every canton (details must be negotiated). The Arab cantons could be attached to Jordan as a master state (militarized) or to the Jewish State. The Druze/Jewish/Beduin would be attached to the Jewish State. 3) Between the three masters States : Egypt/Israel/Jordan and the cantons, a confederation could be created to manage all the interactions : water/roads/trains/energy etc... Although what you propose is intriguing, at a closer look, it is merely a rehashing of the idea that Gaza be given to Egypt and WB to Jordan. Are you suggesting that each canton has autonomy (laws, police, taxes, resources etc.) yet is federated with a parent country (sounds better than "master" country)? Essentially what you are alluding to is some sort of a Swiss system. There are many questions that I'm interested in hearing your answers for: Jewish settlements, resources, economic ties (movement of goods, border crossings etc.), military/police strength of each canton, elections. Please discuss.
