The military advantages Israel has against its current foes are enough to easily defeat any of them, or all of them. And this goes without any stealth technology. Compare IDF/IAF records, tactics, training, discipline and capability against ANY Arab nation. None of them are a credible threat. They do not even have a capable military leader among the lot of them, nor do they have disciplined ranks.

The US and Russia (Soviet Union) have these sort of paints. But the details are murky, difficult to compare them (Russia got samples from the F-117 that crashed in Serbia). Also, this is a private company, so they want publicity, no one really knows if the stuff really works well. It's not the IDF announcing it.

This invention is bad news, unless it is very difficult for terrorists to imitate it. Just imagine the situation when terrorists obtain stealth missiles carrying weapons of mass destruction. Since terrorists need only a small number of missiles carrying weapons of mass destruction (because they will attack population centers), stealth capability would make them far more dangerous.
