build the mosque right on top of the jewish temple, they knew what lay beneath and in destroy and conquer they build the mosque, they don't let jews access to what used to be the temple, sound like the past won't let go for this one, and last when they pray their face Meca not the mosque they turn their backs to the mosque, sound like this place isn't that important to them only for conquering something they never bought.
2. Beautiful initiative. And now, let's hear all "datim" here..

...Starting to pour poison in all forms against any initiative that is not deeply racist and supremacist.
3. No Jewish action needed
adam eliyahu   (07.20.10)
Reality check: Moslems have access to every Jewish holy site in Israel. Jews do not. Several of the major Jewish holy sites are off-limits to jews.A multi-faith temple mount would be an improvement from the Jewish perspective. The only obstacles are the Wakif and the secular (anti-torah observance)Israeli Jews
4. THE TEMPLE MOUNTH AND JERUSALEM !!!.
Arn. ,   SWEDEN.   (07.20.10)
God's Holy Mountain Project Director Yoav Frankel explained that "Especially on Tisha B'Av, a day that symbolizes the destruction of the Jewish temples, it is important to emphasize the universal nature of the Temple and Temple Mount, which was and is meant to be 'a prayer house for all peoples.' THE TEMPLE MOUNTH BELONGS TO JEHOVAH AND NO OTHER !!!. "It was the only place in the world where Jews and non Jews prayed together in the name of one god, and were exposed to the concept of monotheism and longed-for world peace," he said. 6. As long as there's never violence or bloodshed there
Talula ,   Israel   (07.20.10)
I have no objection to Jews and Arabs sharing the temple mount and making nice together.
7. Moslems don't share
Rafael ,   Yerushalayim, Israel   (07.20.10)
I was on the Temple Mount this morning, (Tish'a b'Av). Not only are Jews forbidden by the Moslems to pray, (vigorously enforced by the Israel police), but the entire area is one big garbage pit. Construction and destruction debris and general refuse litters the entire mount. The Moslems show complete contempt to the Jews, to themselves, (if their claims that the mount is Islam's 3rd holiest site are to be taken seriously), and most of all to G-d. They are interested in the mount for one reason: the Jews want it. There is no sharing the mount with the Moslems. Only when Israel builds the Beit HaMikdash, "a house of prayer for all nations" can we share the mount with all people.
8. Wish it was a symbol of peaceful co-existence
Christian ,   Sweden   (07.20.10)
As long as Jews and Christians are forbidden to pray on the Mount, it certainly isn't a symbol of peace and co-existence. That can be changed immediatly if the Wakf/Muslims so chooses. That they are dead against this should give Jews and Christians a lot to think about. Obviously the Wakf is not in the mood of sharing, but the same goes for some Jews(the Mount is only for Jews). Religious fanatics ot that kind do deserve each other. They are a match made in hell.
9. Let's petition the Iraqi government to partition Baghdad.
Jake ,   USA   (07.20.10)
After all, there are many sites in Baghdad, sacred to the Jewish religion. Oh wait, that won't work because Baghdad is the capital of a nation called Iraq. Likewise, Jerusalem is the capital of a nation called Israel.
10. Nice sentiment
Tel Avivoid ,   Tel Aviv, israel   (07.20.10)
That website has to be the cutest, most optimistic thing I have seen in a long time. Impossible for a laundry list of reasons, but still. Heart warming.
11. Sharing the mount
Siedjan ,   Indonesia   (07.20.10)
Yes, we can share the mount. Let's end the animosity between Muslims and Jews. Why not? We worship the same monotheistic God of Abraham. But if they want it to happen, Israel must end the occupation of Palestinian people first.
12. Non-Jews also brought sacrifices to the Jewish Temple

14. #1 where id the temple?
observer   (07.20.10)
it is said that the second temple is built on the ruins of the first temple, BUT, where is the first temple? There is no archaeological evidence for Solomon's Temple has been found, the exact location of Solomon's Temple is unknown. The only information regarding the First Temple in Jerusalem is contained in the Hebrew Bible. in Deuteronomy 4:2 and 12:32, Moses commanded very explicitly that nothing is to be added to or subtracted from his law. Well, Moses commanded but never prohibited, said the Jews. have you ever been to the Mosque? The Mosque is on the southern far end of the compound, so whenever they pray they will face BOTH Mosque and Makkah.
15. Response to # 4
RC ,   USA   (07.20.10)
Hello Arn. Did you know the letter J is a fairly new letter, which means YHWH’s name could not possibly be written or pronounced Jehovah? Exodus 3:15, Ezekiel 39:7, 1 Chronicles 16:10, Isaiah 12, Exodus 15:1-6, Joel 2:32, Malachi 1:6, Zechariah 13:9, John 17:26, ... YHWH through the prophets commanded us to make his name known, and to glorify it. When someone uses his name in a glorifying song or prayer to YHWH, that person is not using his name in vain nor is that person blaspheming his name like some would like us to believe. If you would like more insight into this do a Google, Yahoo, or other network search on YaHuWaH or check out the following: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0AkWmZq1FR8&feature=related http://www.yahuwah-is.net/Files/yahuwahis.html

ghostq   (07.21.10)
outside wall in Jerusalem old city. the first temple was built with moses nieces and nefews aka the leviticans after Moses's brother aka Ahron the greta levi, there is also the exact mesure of the first jewish temple and god's arch with the winged angels the tools and the wood that was used the main ulter and the ornaments of the roof. :) you see you Muslim have only tiny fragment of the real story, aIsraelits story don't end up on moses's death on mount NEVO. his family and the rest of Israelites continued to Israel following god's foot steaps. as for mosque it won't change the fact that Muslim ruined what left of someone elses worship place so they can claim it as their own, the ruines of the temple is underneeth the Mosque, the worship area was never ever bought, it was conquers, bloodies jihad war against jews holly site, the land still need to go to the cohens of to day, they r the rightfull owner of the mountain.
18. 14&17 Please catch up on archeology
Paqid Yirmeyahu ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (07.21.10)
Photographs of remnants of the foundation were published years ago by Biblical Archeology Review. Color scansd of these photos have been in our website (below) for years. You'll find them, along with documentation from a number of well-recognized scholars concerning the correct location on Har ha-Bayit, by visiting our History Museum pages (click in the "Click 'n Go" navigation panel at the left). In our History Museum, select "Pharisee Judaism" from the menu at top. 19. "G-d's Holy Mountain" Group: Concealing Insidious Agenda
Paqid Yirmeyahu ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (07.21.10)
This article is careful to give the impression that their agenda is only to promote peaceful coexistence between Muslim Arabs and Jews--both of which are monotheistic--on Har ha-Bayit. If this were the extent of their agenda it would be worthy. However, a check of their website reveals that their true agenda is to include Christians--worshipers of a man-god--in the mix; an attempt to sneak their idolatry into acceptance of Muslim Arabs on Har ha-Bayit. A Beit Tephilah for all kindreds includes geirim but does NOT include admitting idolaters onto Har ha-Bayit. the single artifact—the so-called Jehoash inscription—that would prove conclusively the existence of the first Temple has been declared a forgery by the Israel Antiquities Authority.

it is notin palastine it is in jordan near maadaba in a church on a mount known as syagha
25. impossible to cleanse oneself with the ashes of a red heifer
observer   (07.22.10)
The heifer is then slain (Numbers 19:3) and burned outside of the camp (Numbers 19:3–6). Cedar wood, hyssop, and scarlet are added to the fire, and the remaining ashes are placed in a vessel containing pure water (Numbers 19:9). In order to purify a person who has become ritually contaminated by contact with a corpse, water from the vessel is sprinkled on him, using a bunch of hyssop, on the third and seventh day of the decontamination process (Numbers 19:18–19). The kohen who have performed the ritual then become impure themselves. The kohen who performs the ritual must then bathe himself and his clothes in water. He shall be deemed impure until evening. Animal Rights advocates are certainly against that.

28. 22 to Obsever Archeological discoveries
Yaakov ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (07.23.10)
Obsever, Foundations and remnants of the first and second temples-the second built on the first's foundation- have been discoverd on the temple mount withint he past so many years. Photos have been published during destructive Arab construction and willful destruction of Jewish Artifacts on temple mount. Last time exposed when the Muslims were laying more electrical wires etc... Complaints were lodged with Antiquities authorities but nothing done. Mrs. Eilat an Archeologist was one of the the plainants.
29. 19 warmonger
mike ,   israel (formerly usa   (07.24.10)
so we see that paqid is diametrically opposed to that "insidious agenda": coexistence and peace. not surprising in light of his bitter hatred for over 99% of the people on the planet. keep talkin' paqid: you're your own worst advertisement.
30. #28 incidental archeological few years old claim?
