No sane person can deny that the US, UK, Russia, China, Israel, etc have not committed war crimes. *Any* modern country with an army engaged in conflict is bound to commit a war crime at some stage. However the difference between the US, UK, Russia, China, etc and Israel is that these other countries have enough diplomatic clout to stop any international war crimes probe dead in its tracks. Israel on the other hand has no such diplomatic leverage except when the US steps in with its veto power. You say Israel tried to kill a Hamas leader to stop these attacks and accidentally killed his children.
