1. The Bible tells Gentiles to help Jews with material things
Rivkah   (08.28.10)
because the Jews have helped the Gentiles with spiritual things. Rabbi Eckstein often quotes that on his tv program. I hope that what happened recently to Messianic Rabbi Michael Rood does not happen to Rabbi Eckstein. Rabbi Rood suffered a hostile takeover of his ministry even though he brought in 85% of the revenue through his efforts and sales of his books and lectures and calendars, etc. He was fired by his board of directors who thought he was irrelevant and wanted to take the ministry in a new direction under a new name with other ministers. It would be a tragedy for the poor of Israel if that happened to Rabbi Eckstein because he keeps the focus on helping Jews to aliyah to Israel and on feeding and helping poor and elderly Jews of Israel and other things such as the million dollar contribution to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem where the beloved of Ha'Shem (ELS Torah Code description of Ariel Sharon) spent part of his recovery. Not many people are called beloved of ha'Shem, but Ariel Sharon is one of them in the ELS Torah codes which say, "HASHEM LOVES A(riel) SHARON."
2. Thank you to IFCJ
Zvi   (08.29.10)
Not only will this save lives, but it will also further the discovery of life-saving treatments. $1M to Hadassah Ein Kerem to construct a new Trauma ICU is a true blessing.
