6. All caused by the 'palestinian authority... some 'authority'
Lee ,   Manchester UK   (08.17.10)
why can't the BBC report the TRUTH - this man is going to be MURDERED by his OWN people 'palestinians' for 'collaboration' with the Jews. And why Tel Aviv has the Turkish flag flying amid their skyline - i will never understand. Is their an Israeli flag flying above Ankara!? I hope this wakes Tel Avivians up - they need to understand how people of Sderot feels everyday.
7. To all the collaborators with "Israel"
Salma ,   Palestine   (08.17.10)
any lessons learned?! is this a happy ending for you?!!!
8. #6 Thre is an Israeli embasy in Anakara
David Israel ,   New York, USA   (08.17.10)
I have not been in Ankara for over 30 years but it is customary to have a flag on every embassy. My guess is there is an Israeli flag flying at that embassy. I am sure that there is also very good security around and in it. I know for a fact that the Beth Israel synagogue in Izmir has very good security. I visited it one year ago.
9. Interesting that we are only getting the shyster's version
Arie ,   BaGolan   (08.17.10)
I would like to know the reasons the High Court refused him? Given the EXTREME left wing tendencies of the Court, his conduct must have been particularly egregious even by their standards to warrant a return to the bloody hands of the PA
10. Israel should take him in, we have taken Jonathan Pollard
Chris ,   USA   (08.17.10)
11. #6 - The PA Wants to Arrest him and
Doug ,   Rochester, USA   (08.17.10)
Try him for Treason, not kill him. Tthe Israeli police admit that he collaborated with Israel, so likely he would be found guilty. . Injaz claims he will be killed, but this is probably to bolster his case for staying in Israel or for being granted political asylum. Since Israel admits he was a collaborator, I do not understand why Israel would not grant him asylum but instead dropped him off at a West Bank checkpoint. Israel's turning their back on Injaz is probably making other Pal collaborators quite nervous and will certainly not help Israel's future recruitment efforts..
12. working for Israel can get you in trouble
peter42y ,   lisbon,portugal   (08.17.10)
Israel not even does protect the people that work for the Israel State .This is incredible.
13. lol at lee from manchester
spoon ,   claymore   (08.17.10)
this is ynet not the BBC, and thats the TRUTH.
14. # 7 Salma
J.K. ,   Brooklyn USA   (08.18.10)
Salma ! No shortage of palestinian collaborators, because the palestinians realise that they are better of under Israeli occupation than under Abumazen's liberation,we don't know the real story in this case, was this gentleman a double agent ?.
15. Was the hostage taker kept hostage 6 hours in the embassy?
Joe ,   Canada   (08.18.10)
Media reports state he was released only 6 hours after he was shot at. If true, did the embassy staff keep him so long in spite of his wounds to give time to Ankara for thinking of a way to use him as a propaganda tool against Israel?
16. This is what happens to collaberators
Abu John Smith ,   Arabia   (08.18.10)
Israel eats your meat and leaves your bones
17. #11 - how did it work out for other "collaborators". Doug?
William ,   Israel   (08.18.10)
Not good. Not good. Most of the so-called "court cases" against collaborators are quick shams with a verdict made ahead of the judge's decision. And it's almost always death. Hamas just executed a dozen so-called collaborators without a trial. Isn't that called "extra-judicial killing"? Your blatant attempts to white-wash the atrocities of your beloved Arabs is sickening.
18. To Salma, it's his OWN people who threaten him
Bat Zion ,   Centre, Israel   (08.18.10)
and his own family that renounces him
19. Amazing
Eran ,   Singapore   (08.18.10)
It's amazing how many ignorant people on this talk back believe Israel has staged this event. Keep on lying to yourselves and everyone else. Deflecting blame away from the true culprits, in every case, clearly gets you off.
20. What if Israeli security forces were involved?
Michele ,   NY   (08.18.10)
The man would certainly be dead now. This is the difference between a decent security force and Israeli security forces.
21. hahahaha turks shoot palis
ghostq   (08.18.10)
what an irony, wow god got sense of humor.
22. to #14 he isn't he was releast from

23. @#20: Michelino, they were 4 years ago, when he broke into
Bat Zion ,   Centre, Israel   (08.18.10)
the neighbouring British embassy
24. he really needs to learn how to ask for asylum
zionist forever   (08.18.10)
Barricaded himself in the British embassy in 2006 demanding asylum. He gets sent to prison for it, gets released, sneaks back into israel and then goes to the Turkish embassy with a toy gun & a knife and takes hostages because he wants political asylum in Turkey. If he had been smart he would have entered the embassy legally and officially requested asylum because he was a collaborator. The Turks probably would have loved to take him it would make a great anti Israel humanitarian story for Turkey when they took him in. The happy ending to this story is he won't have to return to Judea & Samaria he will now be allowed to live safely in an Israeli jail cell.
25. Shabak let him down as IDF does with Eden.
aviG   (08.18.10)
Nice people behind the wheel ... I can give them driving lessons, seriously !!!
26. no.7
hebrew prophet ,   israel   (08.18.10)
Another deranged Palestinian recruited by the Haniyeh/Mashaal/al Zahar Hamastan drug smuggling syndicate trying to get the Turkish Embassy in Tel Aviv to accept his large consignment of Swat valley cocaine on a flotilla back to Istanbul ,simple logic .
27. Truth about collaborators
Israeli   (08.18.10)
Collaborators give information to Israel to help save lives. Many do it for money or because they are forced but in the end, they give information on Palestinians who want to kill Jews. How is that a bad thing? Many former collaborators live and work in Israel and lead very productive lives so saying that they are treated badly is not necessarily true.
28. #20
biggus dikkus ,   rome   (08.18.10)
unlike what you state this just goes to show that turkish security open fire on an unarmed man with live ammunition...after all he only had a toy gun and small knife, and that together with the fact that they kept him from getting medical treatment for 5 hours seems a lot worse than israel stopping a terrorist laden boat on its way to gaza.,
29. Palestinian shot
J.K. ,   Brooklyn USA   (08.18.10)
The poor man is a frustrated failed diplomat, the reason for his love for embassies.
