Zoabi is wrong. Not one of the soldiers who killed the Jihadists in self-defense has been accused of theft. The accusations (still unproven) were all made against "jobniks", administrative soldiers who are generally of a lower standard. It is possible that these soldiers did steal the property, but this behavior started under former AG Menny Mazuz who refused to prosecute police who stole property from Jewish protesters. Instead of blaming the soldiers, they should be blaming Mazuz who made theft normal.
