The offer of membership in the EU is off the table. Turkey will in all likelihood be asked to leave NATO. The United States Congress will apply pressure to those countries wishing to sell weapons systems to Turkey (chiefly China, although how good can those weapons systems be if China is so desperate to close a multi-billion dollar arms deal with Israel?).
