31. Abbas cannot talk, so he has to find a way out.
rebecca ,   Modiin   (09.05.10)
If it's not settlements it will be something else. Abbas knows he, and many of his friends, will die by Arab hands, if he so much as concedes a pinch on his demands. He has no where to go. And Obama knows that, which is why he keeps supporting him. Even if Bibi stuffs up big time, he will live and so will Israel.
32. Want another building freeze?
Yaakov ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (09.06.10)
I don't think so. We already did implement an APARTHEID building freeze where only Jews were forbidden to build in their land. Now its time for some confidence building measures from the Arabs side. BIBI doesn't sit down to firther talks(and they MUST be transparent) without: 1) Freeze on all Arab settlement construction 2) Release of Gilad Shalit 3) Cease of all terrorist attacks 3a) For every day that Abbas doesn't fulfill 1 and 2 and 3 then Israel will not only annex our land in Judea and Samaria but will liberate and annex one Arab-occupied village (settlement) with compensation to the occupying force from the coffers of the PA/PLO (who have so wisely spent (read: wasted and misappropriated) billions on weapons, payments to terrorists and their families for murdering Jews, and some money to continue their settlement enterprise.

Abbas needs to understand that Jews need to live and eat too in the land of their forefathers which they inherited. They need to build houses, schools, Houses of Prayers-Synogogues, shopping centers, hospitals, etc. And they are building them in their own liberated historic homeland of Judea and Samaria and NOT is some Arab countries. It is time Abbas stops fantasising that he owns the Land of Israel which GOD gave and restored to the Jews as a Fulfillment of His Covenant of restoring Modern Israel in their Ancient Land of Israel. Jeremiah 31:1-17, Ezekiel 36:24-38, Ezekiel 37:21-28, Ezekiel 39:27-29, Amos 9:14-15.
