Why should we expect them to behave differently abroad than they behave here? We let them do whatever they want with impunity. They shame us all.

They are a bunch of druggies who decided to become religious for the same reason they smoke pot. Look thousands of people came from the US and for some reason year after year go by without incident

pilgramige to jews is to jerusalem, what is the fuss? I think worshiping somebody like that is equal to paganism, they got the cloths the rituals and the ideas of pagans, the only worshiping they need to do is for god only, any human worshiping is against his way. wow to believe something like that exist in the 21th century. unbelievable.

Drugs in their possession? Inebriation? On a solemn occasion such as a visit to the grave of a revered rabbi? Oh, please. Is that the best that the Ukrainian government can come up with? Of course, drug-taking and inebriation is something with which they are REALLY familiar .... hence their resort to it. They haven't fooled anyone -- except themselves. We KNOW what they are all about; we've known it for a thousand years. We don't drink much as a people -- we are certainly not a country of drunken Cossacks -- so try harder next time.

Unfortunately, inebriation amongst a minority these Chasidic followers is not uncommon. Furthermore, the pilgrimage regularly attracts secular followers who do indeed indulge in drug and alcohol abuse. It is a minority, but it does exist.

I've seen links to photos on ynet before of hasids in Israel drunk, passed out, & puking in the street. I admit I was a bit shocked.

Aside from the problems the Israelis may or may not cause there, why go at all? Why give tons of money to the anti-semitic Ukranians?
