Given the number of visitors to the UK, if Israelis stay away it will hardly be felt. That's just reality. The solution to this absurd situation is very simple- just boycott all goods and services produced in the U.K. I have not visited the U.K. in over 20 years notwithstanding the fact that I have family there. I will not purchase any item made in the U.K. as well. If they don't like it, well that's too bad.

There have been situation where some Israeli soldiers did not do the right thing, but these situations were isolated and these soldiers were prosecuted. I think that you have it confused. It is not the Israelis that have blood on their hands. It happens to be the Arab terrorists that we (the moral free world) are at battle with. If a Palestinian happens to accidentally wander into Israel, they are not killed. However, if you recall there are plenty of pictures of Israelis who happened to wander into PA controlled areas and were not only killed, but were brutally tortured. If you go, you can see Arab Israeli citizens walking and shopping in the Israeli malls in Israeli cities. You can see them walking in the parks with their families and they are safe. Would I want to take a walk in an Arab village? I have, but do I feel safe? No. If I were not trained to do this, I would never venture into an Arab village because I would certainly not be safe. What is your problem? Do you not understand the real situation or are you just against the Jewish nation returning to its homeland. The British armed forces have killed more civilians in Iraq/Afghanistan than have been killed by the IDF, and have taken far less stringent precautions to prevent such civilian casualties. Not that I want to attack the modern British armed forces. After a history of unabashed war crimes in the Middle East (such as the blanket shelling of Alexandria), they settled down in recent decades and are now a lot better than the world average. It's just that the Israelis have worked much harder to prevent civilian deaths than the UK military ever has. And that makes it ludicrous that IDF officers are prevented from coming to the UK and sharing their experience in this regard with British soldiers. The wrong-headed UK policy of preventing Israeli visits MAY ACTUALLY BE KILLING MUSLIMS in Afghanistan.
