It's clear that computers are offensive to Islam, so there should be an immediate ban on all modern communications devices to countries like Saudi and Iran and Afhanistan. Let them make do with copper wire or carrier pigeons. And, of course, it should be a ban on all modern technology in order to keep advanced weapons out of their hands. If they don't want to join the 21st century, they don't have to. Let's make sure we keep a wide military superiority and they don't turn weapons against us... like Iran will do when they get nuclear weapons.

This won't be an issue for very long. When the civilized world moves beyond oil to more sensible forms of power, the Arab oil money will dry up and they will return to the 7th century desert they prefer to the modern world. We on the other hand will enjoy their absence from modern discourse.
