Several Arab states have clandestine trade relations with Israel. This does not change the fact that Iraq is an Iranian puppet state with ties to Hezbollah. Why Israel would trade with them is beyond me. Legally, Israel still classifies Iraq as an enemy state.

Salma writes, "your war is not with Islam"; unfortunately, Islam *is* at war with us - the Jews, the "unbelievers", the West. It's been that way from the beginning. As to that "significant trade" with Iraq, Israel has been quietly trading with some Arab countries for years, often through intermediaries like Turkey. The fact is Israel has stuff they want. And, of course, the Kurds have been calling for relations with Israel for some time. I think now might be a good time to rebuild the oil pipeline that once ran from Iraq to Haifa.
