Israel should demand an apology from Turkey. They knowingly supported a terrorist group, they allowed an illegal flotilla to depart from its water, it knew the terrorists were armed before they left port (per videos by the terrorists themselves and IHH), and they allowed the ship to leave with the stated purpose of breaking a legal war-time blockade - an indirect act of war. They can say whatever they like regarding "unfairness" of the blockade or how much they love Hamas. At the end of the day, Intl law upholds the blockade on Hamas' Gaza because of the declaration of war. The claim that Gazans are poor are so exaggerated that even a Sudanese Muslim govt member didn't accept it when he visited Gaza recently.

Arabs are hardly the ones to lecture anyone about respecting the rights of others. Your ilk goes without mention because there's not enough time to discuss the 90- years of racism and war crimes at your population's hands. Once the Turks raised a weapon, they were toast. Global legal experts have already sided with Israel on the issue because of the stated goal of this flotilla, and the fact that these Turks were armed with an intent to cause violence while the other ships were not and saw no action by the IDF. The report by UNHRC which was devoid of legal experts on maritime law holds no water.

The videos, both from the IDF and flotilla members, showed they were involved in violence against the IDF. Notice how those who really were unarmed, most of the 600 people on the ship, were left unharmed. Only those were picked up weapons (even before the IDF boarded) were responded to - justifiably. Thankfully, the boastfulness that is so common in the Arab psyche has helped Israel's case. Both the terrorists of IHH and the Egyptian MP have supported the IDF's version because they saw the Arab violence as a "human right". I believe that was also the justification given for shooting a pregnant Jewish woman last month.
