Our scripture speak a great deal of G-D's lovingkindness to people. They also say that we are to be a light to the nations. I am saddened by much of what I have read here. Two women were attacked, one murdered, the other wounded. Yet the merchants of hate seem to think this is alright. I prefer to honour the memory of my great-aunt (a Christian) who married my great-uncle and hid him for most of the war from the Nazis. Although sent to Auschwitz he survived and was reunited with his wife after the war. He had far more compassion than many whose comments I have read, despite far more justification for hate. Let us remember that our G-D sees all and only He can forgive us for our sins including hatred.
