How can a news article call something racist? Journalists aren't supposed to include their opinions in news items, only facts. Yet Yediot has published at least 2 "news" articles openly calling Jewish opposition to intermarriage "racism". And when I posted talkbacks in response, none were posted. What a joke of a paper.

Two times, the Koran forbids Muslim women to marry Jewish and Christian men. So Muslims have no right to complain if some Jewish people say the same kind of thing.

I find it abominable to read that some people were calling for 'death' for women who date Arab men. They're no different from Arabs who call for death for Arab women who date non-Arabs.

Jewish women should not date arabs but very few people actually believe in the idea of killing woman for it. Many Israeli Arabs have some Jewish blood(based on DNA), while many of Jewish converts do not. So not truly racism per say but religious intolerance. If they have Jewish blood but are atheist or Christian is that ok or the same as the Arabs(Muslims).

Racism is subjective. It isn't a pure fact, everyone can have their own opinion whether or not it is. A western newspaper would never call it racism outright, at most they'd say something like "the rally has been criticized by many as being racist". But for a journalist himself to call it racism in the article is pathetic. Besides, it ISNT racism, Judaism is a religion and not a race. Well, I was with a jewish girl many yrs ago when I was in college in London, sure we were worlds apart as far as our backgrounds, we did not mix with our friends together and our families did not know. We did not care because when u r love , u just dont give a damn. We broke up afterwards, she still the love of my life. unless u have been in love , u can not judge others. even if u r a fool in love, its better than being too wise but too afraid to step outside ur little cultural bubble.
