yet another leftist fool trying to sell out all of israel.
4. Who will break coalition, Labor or Shas?
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (12.22.10)
This coalition has lasted longer than many thought but its days are likely numbered now. Netanyahu is determine to stay in power at almost any cost but for how much longer.
5. last time I looked it was Abbas refusing to talk not Bibi

IDIOT
6. BRAVERMAN NEEDS A REST
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (12.22.10)
If Braverman can make that ridiculous claim,he should quit for his own good. In Britain a government minister would explain his resignation by saying that he wants to spend more time with his family. Braverman needs to spend more time with his family. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
7. Yes! go ahead and quit!
Maxime love Israel ,   USA   (12.22.10)
You will be doing a great favor to the Israeli people and the land of Jewish Israel. LEFTIST RAT!!!
8. braverman misguided
alexi   (12.22.10)
Next to olmert and beilin, braverman is the most gutless cowardly israeli who would sell the state so the arabs do not do terror. Mitzna was wrong about unilateral withdrawal, dead wrong. Herzog is another weakling and in fact labour is a weakling party except for vilani, barak and ben eliezer who act weak. Kadima is discredited because of olmert and livni and the 2006 war. Everytime braverman talks makes me ashamed to be jewish.

Who are you calling Braverman a leftist rat? AT LEAST HE LIVES IN ISRAEL, not the US OF A!!!!
10. #9 Call him what ever you want him.
Maxwell Smart ,   USA   (12.22.10)
As an Israeli who have served and fought, i choose to call him a "LEFTIST RAT"!!! like all the leftist RATS! in Israel. GET IT AMIGO? I will be coming back home to Israel soon. I sure would like to meet you in person so i can tell you some great stories about being a jewish refugy from a North African Arab country, and many more stories that can be a mind opener to you. Have a good one for now compadre.
11. "either we save Labor....or join Kadima"
William ,   Israel   (12.22.10)
Either is fine...because the Israeli public can't stand either of you and expressed as much during elections. You have been rejected, and only you haven't accepted it. How's that for "being like Iran"?
12. "incitement against Arabs and illegal immigrants...."
William ,   Israel   (12.22.10)
"...incitement against Arabs and illegal immigrants. "There is a hatred of foreigners," So Braverman believes Israeli Arabs are "foreigners". Is that the official Labor position or did his "Liberal gene" turn on and he believes everything wrong in the world is due to White-skinned Jews? One thing for sure, Braverman hasn't been paying attention to anything happening in the country nor the sentiment of the population which is why Labor today is insignificant! The rallies against immigrants has nothing to do with the Rabbis' letter as this is not the first rally of its kind. It's a public demand to deal with illegal immigration and the effects it has on the Israeli public - something we see in many Western States. Did Arizona pass the illegal immigration bill because of the Rabbis' letter, too? Labor has their own agenda and damn the population!
13. #9 - yes, he works to undermine Israel from inside
William ,   Israel   (12.22.10)
That makes him worse than someone who attacks Israel from the outside.
14. Braverman.....
Abir ,   Chicago, IL   (12.22.10)
Finally, one topic where I fully concur.

17. Braverman is a Rookie---
Play Me ,   US-Israel   (12.23.10)
"save the Party" over "save the country"? Shameful. "Quit."? A cowardly act. Obviously be has only his own interests in mind. Granted, Bibi turned out to be a real Macher but Kadima and Labor gave us Cast Lead without resolution: bombs r still falling. Israel has NO leadership at all and no one around with any vision. Meanwhile, the world is tearing us to shreds and we are officially a "delegitimized State". Palis going around getting state recognition and no one is in Israels driver seat. Enter Braverman with threats and words of a yellowbelly. Let him quit: not like anything is going to change. In fact it's divisive people like him that have destroyed Israels image and self confidence with their rookie mentality. Get the heck out of govt braverman. And for that matter, get the heck out of Israel! We don't need cowards that buckle when we need leadership! One less macher in govt: I'm ALL for it!
18. completley understand number 10
pini   (12.23.10)
19. No wonder Labor would be lucky to win 6 seats today.
Chaim ,   Israel   (12.23.10)
Goodbye Braverman. Goodbye Labor. You have proven, for more than two decades, that you have nothing good to offer Israel. Your only path is more disastrous appeasement and retreat. No wonder Labor would be lucky to win 6 seats in an election today. Nobody wanted Labor in the government to begin with. Labor would serve Israel best by disappearing as soon as possible.
20. So quit!
joe guest ,   fort worth   (12.23.10)
Israel doesn't need to return to the talks with the wild ass of men that call themselves leaders. There are no leaders in Palestine , because there is no Palestine!
21. Frustration or other problems that require physiologist

Unless I'm mistaken, please correct me, you rigidly borderline fascist 'scholar': Kadima won more seats than Likud. Kadima and Labor hence capture mainstream trends: the objective of seeking a fair resolution, with security and border guarantees; concern about the long-term consequences of neo-colonialism, even upon those who hate us and are untrustworthy, and the need to balance secular civil rights with the progress of an inalieably Jewish nation.

Sealift67 ,   Northern California   (12.23.10)
Last time I check, uh, Israel was a democracy. Folks are allowed to disagree on policy and also be patriots(yes I fought to defend in '67), and here too in the U.S we can disagree freely over immigration et al without being falsely labeled 'underminers'.
24. don't think so
Sealift67 ,   Northern California   (12.23.10)
Israel is losing the battle of world opinion despite incredible achievements and altruism, because of idiots like you who agree minor extremist parties in the name of 'coalition' should control the process and tie the hands of every leader since Dayan and Rabin.
25. I have a confession: I voted "Avoda". But I only did it to
Bat Zion ,   Central Israel   (12.23.10)
make sure that the Minister of Defence isn't someone like Amir Peretz again - I felt I had to put there someone who's name alone will cool off any war plans our neighbours may have. So you see, I did it out of pure pacifism, and at that I was right. Anybody else in that party is excess surplus as far as I'm concerned. As for Bravermann's comparison of Israel to Iran - well, it does resemble Mutaki's comment a few days ago, doesn't it? That certain bolshevik tone of "if you touch ME, you hurt the cause"
26. Proof is in the pudding
highcottonquinn ,   USA   (12.23.10)
Here's hoping the left in Israel is rendered non-existent soon. Labor, & Kadima need be made to go nighty night...Israel has it's problems, granted, and most of those problem can be found in a self interested Israeli government.

You guys would be more convincing if your opinions had anything to do with reality. I don't know if it means something, but the Arab sector gets more money and pays less taxes than the Haredim. Why do you complain now and not when the extreme-Left is in power? Shas was insignificant until Shimon Peres did his "stinking deal" and the Left made personal elections for the PM. Since then Shas has received endless funding from the extreme Left governments (Rabin, Peres, Barak, Sharon II and Olmert) to support the Left's anti-Zionist policies. Braverman and his Labor/Kadima friends are failures: Hamas in power in Gaza armed with weapons that can destroy Israeli tanks and attack Ashkelon; Sinai turned into a Jihadist territory; Lebanon ruled by Hezbolla; Dayton's army minutes away from Israel's population centers; Fatah still demanding the destruction of Israel. And remember, both of Braverman;s leaders Barak and Livni are accused international war criminals.
28. BRAVERMAN: DATHAN # 1.
BUTSeriously   (12.23.10)
Those who call a 3-state as a 2-state will call a 4-state the same.
29. #23 - and yet Braverman agrees with policies...
William ,   Israel   (12.23.10)
in the past and future that have (would) make Israel weaker....like withdrawing to 1967 lines (which if you lived in Israel and fought in 1967 you know who UNSECURE that "border" is, accepting "Palestinian refugees" who hate Israel more than Nutrei Karta, arm the "Palestinians" who did turn them against Israeli citizens, and refuses to hold the PA responsible for any of their corrupt, terror-promoting actions while giving them concessions. I stand by my accusation that braverman is an "underminer". He is continually married to his own ideology (and in his ultimatum to Bibi, to his political career), and places the welfare of citizens second by his actions. Would you agree that Nancy Pelosi follow her strict uber-socialist ideology if it ended up hurting many others in her district? An incident comes to mind - those who are against moving the homeless off the streets who beg and harass walkers because it's "their human right" to be there, despite the resulting drop in business in the area and fear of pedestrians to tread in that area any more.
30. THE ENEMY WITHIN SPEAKS!!!
chris ,   wales   (12.23.10)
what more can I add to that Statement?NOTHING! Because Israel's Left are made up of Traitors, cowards and communists!
