32. To #12
John DeLancy ,   Alaska, USA   (12.27.10)
you said: "If you look at it from different angle. 1 million jews were living in Arab countries without any serious problems for hundred of years." You obviously have not considered what it is like to be a dhimmi under Sharia. It is far, far worse on it's best day than is your worst day living in Israel. But of course, that would not matter to a Jew-hater who wants only for the Jews to disappear so that Allah can be glorified.
33. To @10 Frank
John DeLancy ,   Alaska, USA   (12.27.10)
This is probably the best perspective on the two groups, Israelis and Palestinians, that I have ever read. Consider: YHWH does a miracle, turns a staff to a snake. YHWH haters say "we can do the same thing" and turn their staffs to snakes. We know what happens next - Moshe's snake eats the others. Or consider: YHWH does a miracle, brings the children of Israel back to their Promised Land as He had prophesied millennia ago that He would. YHWH haters don't like Jews living free in land invaded in the name of the false god, Allah, so they say "we can do the same thing" and bring other people in and call them "Palestinians". The "Palestinians" are a counterfeit to YHWH's miracle, the same as the magicians' "snakes" were a counterfeit to Moshe's snake. And again, we know the rest of the story. (but "Palestinians" don't have to end up like the snakes - they can go back to their homes in Jordan and Egypt while there is still time)

Excellent scholarship! I find it very interesting that people who claim to be "Palestinian" don't have the intestinal fortitude to address your assertions and their inescapable conclusion. The most likely reason is because they know it's true.
35. "Damien" no.28
Barry Grau   (12.27.10)
I've checked out both those websites and there is no mention of a Damien Hughes or a Matty Groves -- you are not making this up are you?
36. Fascinating and exciting?
Barka   (12.27.10)
What Levy calls a fascinating and exciting idea is the spitting image of 'blood and soil' German hyper-nationalism. Why would Jews, of all people, want to go down that road?

Persian CAT   (12.28.10)
start using "one of the scripture" as your source! The Torah, the Bible and the Koran are ALL Jewish folk stories, nothing more. If you want to start grabbing land based on the "stories" in the Koran, the Torah or the Bible, be my guest. The same sources also consider buying and selling stolen property as a crime, a baaad crime.

there are only two solutions: 1) the arab people accepts that, on a small piece of land in the middle--east, a jewish state can exists. They must read the Quran (at the beginning) where it is said that god gave the land of Israel to the people of Israel, and accept it. Then we will be protected by your word, and we will live in peace at your side: that is a jewish enclave in the big muslim empire going from the Atlantic to the indian ocean. 2) the Jews will finally leave the land of Israel to get a normal life somewhere else, and the ones who will remain will be or islamized or simply destroyed. I don't think that there will be a third term to the alternative. I choose 1) Your move!

43. No. 12
NYC Girl   (12.28.10)
"The expelling of the Jews happened after Nakba." Oh, really? My husband's family fled Basra around the time of the First World War. They weren't Zionists and there was no State of Israel. Not only that, but they left behind luxurious homes and thriving businesses to live in a hovel. And yet you actually believe "there were no serious problems?"

45. Which History? Biblical or Factual?
Confused ,   NYC   (12.28.10)
If you are arguing the above based on biblical history, it won't work. The Bible can't be used as a legal or legitimization argument. If you are making the argument based on factual documented history, Jews have spent less time there in less numbers than a host of other people. Furthermore, do we extend the 'Right to Claim Historical Homeland' to all people or just Jews? Do we give today's Turkey back to Greeks, Armenians, Assyrians and Kurds? I'm afraid there is no 'Right'. Zionist planned this enterprise and intimidated world powers to go along, as they do with many issues to this day. The problem is the land they picked had inhabitants and they thought they can push them out. The only way the world will accept Israel's legitimacy is if they allow for a Palestinian State within 1967 borders. My personal preference is for Jerusalem to be a Vatican-like Independent state open to all 3 major religions. Personally, I don't trust either Jews or Muslims to keep Jerusalem an open city. The recent Haredi boycott of a Mall shows Jews can't be trusted with Jerusalem.

in San Remo. Everyone agreed, even Arabs. The letter agreed because World promissed them mecca and other places in Arabia. The Palestine was divided with contries agreeing: Northen Palestine will be Lebanon/Syria, Southern Paletine will be for Jews, and Arabia for Arabs. Nobody protested.
48. Confused @ 45, "Which History? Biblical or Factual?".
leo ,   usa   (12.28.10)
Actually it is one and the same. See, if you will take Old Testament, then throw away all miracle-like stuff you will be left with the only written document of the time. Which in absence of anything to refute it must be accepted as fact. BTW, Old Testament is not all that flattering to its authors, which gives enough reason to accept it as viable document. I hope you are no longer Confused.

50. The true and full wording of Preamble to Mandate
A ,   Portugal   (12.28.10)
FO of Belgium cited only a portion of the Preamble to the Mandate voted in 1922 conveniently neglecting to affirm the rights of non-Jews: "Whereas the Principal Allied Powers have also agreed that the Mandatory should be responsible for putting into effect the declaration originally made on November 2nd, 1917, by the Government of His Britannic Majesty, and adopted by the said Powers, in favour of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, IT BEING CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THAT NOTHING SHOULD BE DONE WHICH MIGHT PREJUDICE THE CIVIL AND RELIGIOUS RIGHTS OF EXISTING NON-JEWISH COMMUNITIES IN PALESTINE, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country."

"I am the LORD, I change not." Malachi 3:6 For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens. Psalm 96:5 So, Biblically your false moon-god Allah is just another idol, just another thing people made up to worship, when the Creator of heaven and earth is standing right there with His hand outstretched. You can keep refusing His hand if you want, but when the time comes, you "Palestinian" counterfeits will be revealed as the fakes you are. Meanwhile the true Chosen, the JEWS, will continue to live in their Promised Land for days without end.
52. Salma, # 27 is right and you are deniying parts of Q'ran
Ari ,   Romania-Israel   (12.28.10)
Allah doesn't like people who try to steal the land of Israel from the nation of Israel: "Bear in mind the words of Moses to his people. He said: 'Remember, my people, the favor which Allah has bestowed upon you. He has raised up prophets among you, made you into kings, and given to you that which He has given to no other nation. Enter, my people, the Holy Land which Allah has assigned for you. Do not turn back, or you shall be ruined.'" (Quran 5:20-21) "Thereafter We said to the Children of Israel: 'Dwell securely in the Promised Land, and when the Promise of the Hereafter is near fulfillment, We shall gather you all together.'" (Quran 17:104) Those who go against Allah's will suffer. Maybe you need to rethink- for your own good. The other parts of the Q'ran that attacks the Jews, don't punish them by loosing their land rights. The difference between people like you and I is while we can quote parts of your Holy Book, you are mocking ours. Like Sura XVII, 1 Telling us the Night Journey Trip of Muhamed from " The Biggest Mosque to the Farest Mosque Because He can see and Hear( all things).. Where is the word Al Quds(Jerusalem Mentioned?) And from where you conclude is the Western Wall? . You are making Fables of a versicle in order to de legitimize the rights of the Jews over the temple mount. NO wonder you guys wrote the one thousand and One nights, you Fantasy has no limits. But we wont renounce to our Holy Sites. You want respect, but you don't give respect. You have trampled in all the civilizations you went through trying to destroy them or rewrite History for your Own purposes. You are pathetic. As for your ministry of education we prayed at the Western Wall, long before the Balfour Declaration, long the Mandate was created, long before 1400 when the Turks took Constantinople, long before the Romans destroyed the second Temple.
53. To no. 50 Who is taking any rights? Moslems..
Ari ,   Romania-Israel   (12.28.10)
Pray in their Mosques including Al-Aksah Mosque, Christians, pray in their Churches and Jews in their Synagogues. This after the 6 day War. Before in 1948, the City of Jerusalem was divided for the first time in 3500 Years. Jewish Synagogues destroyed in the Old City, (42) Jews expelled from the nearby Jewish neighborhoods, by the Jordanians becoming the first REFUGEES of the war, Jewish Cemeteries vandalized, (What a difference ah?) But the Balfour Declaration, and later confirmed by the League of Nations became a Mockery to the Jewish People. Not only the Jewish Homeland was not establish as promised, but a White book enforced so no more Jews could come to the Land that was confirmed by the league of Nations. And of course by God. Even in times of the Shoa the English were adamant in refusing Jewish entrance. With the Jewish emigration to the "Mandate", came also Arab emigration, from the beginning of the Century, to destroy the balance of population in favor of the Arabs. This was instigated by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, and Ironically, by the work created by the Jews. (so this Arab story of Palestinian presence is also a fake, )
54. # 51...Don't be silly...
Edithann ,   USA   (12.29.10)
If 'He' didn't change, there would be only Jews on the planet with superior intelligence like you! I doubt that's the case at all, as it seems those 'fake' Palestinians have you in 'check'.... Wont you be surprised when you find your God has been a con? TATA
55. maybe we disagree
Eliyahu ,   Chicago, USA   (12.29.10)
The proper narrative was always there. It unfortunately got a facelift when Holocaust victims and their secular relatives decided that the Shoah, as we call it, deserved the country's spotlight. And we also think what happened in 1948 was wrong -- Israel was attacked by Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and the Arabs living in Israel, even after the Jews agreed to split the land between the Jews and Arabs!!
