Watchdog groups like B'tselem, Yesh Din, Machsom Watch only exist because of the horrendous human rights abuses committed by Israel/IDF. Machsom Watch, for example, does not "severely harm Israel's legitimacy throughout the world" rather it is the recorded abuses committed by IDF soldiers at these checkpoints that severely harm Israel's legitimacy throughout the world. If some of these organisations are so concerned about the behaviour of soldiers at checkpoints then why aren't they volunteering for army service in those areas where they could be the change they want to see? It is well documented and admitted by the UK government in hearings that they fund many of the Left Wing Groups. Other countries including Finland the US and Norway are also doing it.
