I don't wear one because the dye in the brassieres caused pre-cancer skin spots that I am trying to clear up with various medicines. Women need to know how toxic bras can be. Not only is the dye in some of them carcinogenic apparently, but bras cut off the lypmphatic ciruculatory system where the bra is tight since the lymphatic system is near the surface of the skin. That hinders the body in removing toxins via the lymphatic circulatory system, another factor in breast cancer and the accumulation of toxins in the breasts from too tight bras. Wear a shirt with a vest over it so it is not apparent a bra is not being worn.
