If I remember it correctly, an Israeli ambassador to England was recalled at the insistence of a local Jewish community because of the failure to communicate in proper English. Tzippi Livne (any family connection to Mr. Livneh?) embarrassed herself in a public speech during 2nd Lebanon war due to her bad command of English language. Her appointee representative at the UN is also an embarrassment. It’s time for Mr. Lieberman to purge Israeli Foreign ministry of these unprofessional unionized operatives.
