1) Demand Germany hand him over and put him on trial in Israel. with an observer from Germany if they insist. 2) Kidnap him from Germany even if it does create a diplomatic incident. I can't see to many ordinary Germans being to upset if Israel snatched him because their government refused to deport him. 3) A bullet through the head .. cheap, effective and we know for sure justice has been done. Lets give diplomacy a shot first but lets have a deadline to when we decide to drop diplomacy if its not working then we should not be afraid to create diplomatic incidents and either kill him or snatch him. We must not let this man continue to be a free man and he must not be allowed to be tried in any country other than Israel.
