1. Is this guy with African Chancers ,the new Zionist Pioneers
Alan ,   SA   (01.19.11)
Its pathetic for me as an older guy with memories of the first years of the State of Israel to see who is coming on Aliyah to join my children there
2. Its reported that all drivers ordered to kill atleast once
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (01.19.11)
This man atleast helped in making the killing possible by driving prisoners and guards to the killing fields. We have heard the line "I was only following orders" before. The sad part is he seems like a good person. Israel ask for Nazis to be put on trial in Israel so is it wrong of the Bosnian' asks for the say thing.
3. # 1
Birdi ,   Israel   (01.19.11)
Only your children ? what about the rest of us decent Israelis ?
4. Apparently, SA zoo pleases you much more, right?
Ariel ,   Europe   (01.19.11)
5. not sure how theyre going to prove
pini   (01.20.11)
that he pulled a trigger. Did israel get to prosecute every single Nazi soldier? No. Id say the vast majority lived or their lives. Besides who cares about dead arabs?
6. The killings didn't happen in a vacuum. The muslums were
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (01.20.11)
raping and murdering people and the serbs went to war over it. It was kill before you were killed, and it appears as if he personally killed no one. As Pini says, not every soldier is tried for war crimes, commanders but not bus drivers who didn't kill. Does Israel kill ANY terrorist that kills Jews?
7. To # 5 - I DO !!!!!!!
Helene   (01.20.11)
8. Pini, the world only cares when Jews can be blamed.Otherwise
Bat Zion ,   Central Israel   (01.20.11)
they lose interest. However Bosnia asked for him, and they will try him. If proven guilty - he will bear his punishment. If not - he can go back home.
9. #5 Murder is murder - period
David ,   Shiloh Israel   (01.20.11)
Pini, it's not clear under what context you wrote: 'Who cares about dead Arabs'. The same can be said against Jews or any other people in an 'us' versus 'them' scenario. This case is about the brutal slaughter of civilians, regardless of their religion. Maybe you just meant it in a cynical way? However, as a right wing Jewish settler with a passionate view about retaining our rights to live on our land, I still like to think that our world outlook can still function within the framework of basic human dignity. Good people exist in this world through their actions. This suspects 'alleged' actions go against the minimum accepted standards of decent behaviour, even in times of war. If he's innocent, it's to do with unjust murder not justifiable slaughter. Terrorism can never be justified, we as Jews should be the first to acknowledge that!
10. killed Arabs # 5
killed Arabs   (01.20.11)
It is abhorrent to say that nobody cares about dead Arabs . they are human beings nobody has the right to kill ( except in self defence ) and yes Israel has all the right to defend itself
11. We are not Arabs...
Edin ,   Bosnia   (01.20.11)
We don't even like Arabs
12. Public vs. Private Speech
FrumiousFalafel ,   USA   (01.20.11)
You Know Pini, even if you and I both agree on the sentiment of your posting, specifically "...who cares about dead arabs [sic]?" I would suggest that there is a WORLD of difference between *public* speech (our postings here) and *private* speech (what you might say out of earshot in your own home. This difference was driven home in the Civil Rights era when exactly such a discrepancy was enforced. It has its origins in Judaism by the way. The point is, to put it succinctly, you are entitled to think whatever you want -- after all, we are not Catholics -- on the other hand, to adhere to Judaism, we *must* not allow that distinction to "slip" and to *also* echo such speech in *any* sort of *public* discourse. A public discourse is anything where others not *immediately* related to you, or who are not your *immediate* friends can "over-hear" your speech not spoken in the *immediate* confines of your house. And certainly here, in the Ynet talk-backs, many people have overheard your remarks about Arabs. Your opinions may be valid. They may be right. But they do not belong in the public square as we say in America. It's a fundamental Judaic principle that we'd all be wise to follow.
13. need an eyewitness.
lemmings hotline ,   sd usa   (01.20.11)
14. Nazi
zznhl   (01.20.11)
Just as Nazi concentration camp guards were just as guilty as the guys who put the zyclon B in the shoots or the guys who planned the entire Nazi operation where guilty of war crimes so is this scum. Lord knows how I think abut the Muslims philosophy of kill all who dont believe in the Prophet but NO one has the right to kill or assist in such blatant cold blooded murder. I
15. Where is OLIM HADASHIM to answer #1???
Bat Zion ,   Central Israel   (01.20.11)
There are many good new immigrants here, you bring two extremes.
16. #15-I agree with U.BUT 100 African Muslims a day+him
Alan ,   SA   (01.20.11)
makes me worried. It seems to me not to bode well. When some parts of T A is starting to look like Johannesburg Hillbrow what must I think.Ask a SA there what I am talking about Of course Im not talking about Olim Chadashim who are Jews from wherever they may come .
17. NOT a Jew!!
Scott ,   Boca Raton, FL   (01.20.11)
This man is not a Jew, so please don't accuse him of being a Jewish murderer. He is married to a Jewish woman. If he committed these cwar rimes, he deserves to be punished. There is NO excuse for murdering blindfolded women and children. Think of your families before you write stupid answers here.
