Being a securiy guard in Israel is a real job. With so many attempted suicide killers still trying ;their best to kill Jews, security is essential where ever people congregate. The Arab had already attacked, killing one person and stabbing another. What would he have been able to do were there no security guards present. Incidentally there are security guards at malls, outdoor markets, etc. They, along with the security fence, have almost succeeded in stopping murders of Jews by Arabs

Although you are not correct in your statement "a resident of Kiryat Arba an illegal settlement that was build on stolen land", let us assume you are correct for the moment. Is this reason to kill someone and to rejoice over deaths in his/her family? Would you kill someone if he stole your house? You might want to break the windows, bash his car, etc, but kill? Some people would. Maybe even you. But this doesn't make it right.

many police car plate numbers end in 00. With the yellow background of the registration number plate, that car is for under cover settler policeman. a case of human shield covering up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-2XIaR6WnU What a settler killer got was only home arrest. Ynet do you have the courage!
36. 34 - "you are not correct in your statement"

I'm correct ! As for the killing I'm not sure what would I do if you stole my land , buldozed my home and made my family homeless. Never put anyone in sytuation where he/her got nothing to lose.

At least four full-blown settlers armed with machine guns were in the immediate vicinity. In addition to IDF soldiers, no one even tried to fire a single waning shoot to stop the man who is most likely a settler too. The security was selective temporal type; that's if the man was a settler, they didn't have the time, though plenty of it was there, to react. Note that at 0:55-0:58 of the tap, a army photographer was shooting his camera http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-2XIaR6WnU

Having land stolen (although this is not the case here), home bulldozed and family therefore homeless is indeed very serious, even dire. (I am not laughing at you; these are serious statements). But to jump from that, assuming you have your health, family and friends, to saying one is in a "situation where he/she has nothing to lose" is too big a leap for me to agree. It is a situation where almost all may be lost, but the emphasis is on the "almost", not "all". There have been thousands throughout history, even recent history, that have lost home and land and carried on, without killing.

#37- Awfully lousy camera. But you assure us it wasn't someone's cellphone camera, yes? If you don't know, who does? #39- I saw mostly soldiers. And I don't think his wife had an M16 and that she pointed at the guy, do you?

I said, I'm not sure what would I do and don't wan't to speculate - We don't know what ticked him off and where's his limit to take on the chin on your own soil from bunch of strays and not to snap.

And in the US we committed genocide against the Native Americans and stoled their land then sent them packing into reservations (ghettos) and when we needed more land took those away from them too. Does this mean a Native American has a reasonable justification for stabbing your loved one with intent to kill? On another note, Kyriat Arba is next to Hebron where in 1929 an Arab mob massacred the Jewish inhabitants of Hebron and expelled them and took their land. Can a descendant of those expelled Jews justifiably go to Hebron and kill those that are occupying his grandpa's old Hebron home?
