Yes a crime was committed by the Israeli courts and media against a man who committed no crime, except the fact the he is Jewish, sephardic and religious. The man has been convicted. He must be punished as are all convicted criminals. If he is innocent - I don't believe it - then he can appeal or he may receive a pardon. No country in the world has a 'perfect' justice system. Israel's justice system however is very, very good - one of the best in the world.

Lump it. Tell it to your grandma. She MAY believe you. The judges are only human and they err alot....in this case they had NO solid evidence except for heresay. If they are NOT "mushchatim" and fear God and do as the Torah dictates, they may be fine....these judges are neither. They pride themselves in being as Goyish as possible. PATHETIC STATE of mind.
