I don't know whether he is guilty or innocent but it seems that the courts have put in no effort to convince the public. The public should be made aware of what evidence there is against him, for instance testimonies of both sides. Like in the case of Clinton, of which there was much media coverage. However, it seems the courts are content to say "trust us" and rely on the stupidity of a public that lynches anyone accused of rape. This is coming from someone who feels confident that there was wrongdoing but is hesitant to label someone as a rapist without any evidence. Shame on those that do so.
