The restoration of Jews to east Jerusalem after Jordan cleared all Jews out of it for 30 years is a reasonable and just activity. In 1947 the population of Jerusalem was more than half Jewish, then when Jordan captured it they forced the Jews out. Now Israel is restoring East Jerusalem to the status it had under the Ottomans for hundreds of years when the Arabs could not care less about the city and its lack of connection to Islam.

Let's put facts forward. Yes jordan occupied parts of Jerusalem from 1948 to 1967. They demolished synagogues,trashed the Kotel, and did not let a single Jew into the area. Now Israel rightfully occupies our eternal city. The Arabs there have more rights than their own fellow Arabs give them in the different Arab/Apartheid countries in the area. Too bad for them.
