I think Israel should ratchet up the ante. For every injury and fatality in this afternoon's bomb attack in Jerusalem, build 500 new homes for Jews in Judea and Samaria. For every Grad, Qassam or mortar shell fired from Gaza, build 1,000 new homes in Judea and Samaria. They kill and maim; we build.
