The Moslem Arab birth rates in Israel are actually falling and gradually resemble the Israeli average of 3 kids per family. The Christian Arab birth rates are already lower than the average Jewish birth rates while the ortodox Jewish birth rates are double those of Moslem Arab citizens in Israel. Deduct the alien Arabs around Jerusalem which will not be part of Israel, ad future aliya and Israel's Jewish future is actually bright. However, all of Israel can't live in Tel Aviv's suburbs so there is a need for financial incentives and job opportunities for encouraging Jews living moving to the Negev and the Galilee.
