Can we deny that he also recovered all Lebanese prisoners without any conditions other than the recovery of Regev and Goldwasser?

The recognition by both sides happened in 1993 (Arraffat as a prelude to the Oslo Accords) so any person who is a Jew in the Jewish State, or an Arab in the Arab State, has no right to live in the other State from that date.
