31. Bill: #29: I cannot accept your premise?
Steve   (05.25.11)
Prime Minister Netanhyahu indicated he was in the US to speak 'honestly and forthrightly' to the Americans about this conflict; thereby rightly hinting that President Obama was speaking neither honestly nor forthrightly. That is why Mr. Netanyahu (in the White House) said of refugees being absorbed by Israel. “ Everybody knows it's not going to happen. And I think it’s time to tell the Palestinians forthrightly that it’s not going to happen.” You ask, "How exactly can you make peace (with your enemies) with no concessions." It's not going to happen Bill. I think it is time to tell the Americans and the world forthrightly that peace is not going to happen. All else is delusion. Why would anyone want to live his or her life in a state of delusion?

Islam NEVER had a prophet. Mohamad was a political instigator NOT a prophet.
33. No one expects you to,.

Bibi knew when he made the statement that it is impossible that he would ever have to make good on the remark. He had to say something to offer the world a reason to believe that Israel was willing to negotiate. He took away every demand of the PA. The borders, Jerusalem, right of return. What was left for the Palis to negotiate? It was a very wise speech. He did not appear unreasonable but said the things that needed to be said to insure that the PA would not go for it. Please rest easy. You and your childrens children will be dead and gone before the palis ever accept what Bibi offered.

37. #5 - Correction: no one is OFFERING it to them
William ,   Israel   (05.26.11)
The "Palestinians" are NOT offering citizenship to their Jewish neighbors. They want an ethnically cleansed State and will call it "democratic". One thing for sure - I wouldn't take PA citizenship as there is no guarantee of protection from them. The lynchings would be seen around the world - and no one would say a thing.
38. #19 - if "settlers" want their destruction
William ,   Israel   (05.26.11)
How come buses travel freely and malls operate daily without "Jewish terrorists" placing car bombs next to them? Despite the friction of some settlements and Arab towns, many others actually live in harmony, but no one writes about it. Probably not sensational enough for Israeli media and Arabs would be targeted by Hamas. Who cares if Israel has a constitution or not? That's a red herring. Many States don't and there is no requirement for it in Statecraft, moron.
39. #1 - I believe the theft began in 1948
William ,   Israel   (05.26.11)
when Arabs forcibly ethnically cleansed this land of Jews and stole their property. Arabs in E. Jerusalem openly admit that because they are the ones who took the Jewish homes and claim it as their own. Returning to stolen land isn't a crime - the act of ethnic cleansing is, and shame on you for not only accepting this crime, but rewarding it.
40. Settlers welcome to Palestine
Haim ,   Tel Aviv   (05.26.11)
Soon you will become part of Palestine, and then you will get a taste of what it is to be living under occupation.
41. #34 Bunnie Meyer talking of packing
Avi ,   Israel   (05.26.11)
And will you be leaving LA LA land and packing your bags for Israel or do you prefer to run command head quaters from LA LA land ?
42. Settlers won't live in Palestine
MK Ultra ,   Camaguey, Cuba   (05.26.11)
Excellent! That means that they're all moving out of Palestine and going back to Ukraine then?
43. Particulars of leaders... partiularly Bennie
Dan ,   This leader....   (05.26.11)
Elazar ben Ya'ir was also a strong, proud leader who "represented national interests. History repeats through endless cycles of rule by psychopaths. Let 'Yahoo lead you to the end....
44. The Divine Plan
Adam Neira ,   Melb, Australia   (05.27.11)
Hamas Sees Obama’s ’67 Borders and Raises Him: ’48 Borders Like clever unionists looking for a pay rise for their members some groups will go in “high” to increase their chance of getting the right outcome. i.e. Ask for $70,000 per annum and if you get $60,000 we will be happy. I’m a little old fashioned and think that people shouldn’t start with ridiculous negotiating positions. But to close a deal when you know the buyer wants the car and after the salesman has done his job sometimes the buyer actually enjoys the negotiation. (Think “The Haggle” market sequence in Monty Python’s “Life of Brian”.) The key is to keep everyone at the table. I want everyone to “buy” the divinely mandated plan for the Temple Mount, Old City, Holy Land, Middle East and Planet Earth. A bit selfish I know but my boss also wants me to get the deal. A global population target of 8 billion by 2050 is realistic. Current global GDP is approx. $60 Trillion in real terms. At a 5% compound interest growth rate this would equate to $383 Trillion by 2050. If 5% sounds high think Africa and South America. The collective GDP of Israel, Gaza, The West Bank/Judea and Samaria, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon. Egypt and Saudi Arabia is only $1.6. Trillion. By 2050 the average GDP per capita globally would be $47,875. If violence had well and truly been eradicated and there were no nuclear weapons hanging like a Sword of Damocles over the world then you could almost call it Ganeden. So World Peace by 2050 is not just an esoteric idea. www.wp2050.com Founded April 2000
