Just to correct your awkward history books... Jews were not assimilated in Europe, they all left to Palestine and other countries... Assimilation is a wishful thinking for you.. it is the Palestinians who refuse to be assimilated in Arab countries because they have a home to go back to even after a thousand years!!!

I actually HAVE studied it very well. My focused major in University was middle eastern history. Almost all of the middle east was seperated into countries by the British. 2% of what was then known as "transjordan" was saved for the Jews in the Balfour declaration. Trans-jordan btw, was Jordan, parts of syria + lebanon, and Israel. The "British Mandate of Palestine" then, was part of Trans-Jordan. Leadership of these new countries was given to certain arab tribes, such as Hashemite in Jordan. So no, im not the only one who understands that. I hope you learned something today. Real history is actually interesting.
