1. New Israel Fund should be illegal.
Ben Yisrael ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (06.15.11)
2. israeli legal system
mike livingston ,   usa   (06.15.11)
Isn't it a better strategy to refute these allegations than to accuse people of trying to "smear" Israel?
3. What a crock
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (06.15.11)
“lack of impartiality of the Israeli legal system towards Palestinians" That part is the only truthful thing they wrote. Our courts are entirely too partial in favor of the Arabs. We need to have some sort of control over the Judicial Tyranny that we have now.
4. Oh, please?
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (06.15.11)
Obtaining a judgment in a foreign court is one thing. Good luck with enforcement. That's the much harder part. The sad thing -- and I do mean this -- is that all international courts and fora have turned themselves into laughingstocks because of their highly specific targeting of Israel. It's perfectly alright, evidently, to stone innocent women to death and to hang juveniles in Iran, and the international venues for supposed justice just shrug it off. A 22 year old terrorist gets jailed in Israel, and the world cries "Foul!" This is why international tribunals and courts are not taken seriously. They have delegitimized themselves.
5. BUT,HEY,WHY LET TRUTH GET IN THE WAY?!
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (06.15.11)
If Israel is to be defamed and denigrating, there's no point in worrying about a little inconvenience like truth, anyway. After all,the Israel haters make up their minds in advance and wear good blinkers. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
6. OMG - NIF, Adalah & pals, Just go away.
yael ,   israel   (06.16.11)
I am no fan of the ISraeli Supreme court whom I believe to have a strong leftist bias and altogether an elitist disconnected institution. HOWEVER... there is not 1 Arab country with a remotely similar legal/judicial system that is enlightened, democratic and humane. NOr is the one Jewish judge in any of these countries (israel has a Christian Arab sitting on its Supreme court).
7. They do it because Israel lets them
Danny   (06.16.11)
Israel should be suing the people for libel.
8. Where is israels justice
Ken ,   Australia   (06.16.11)
For 67 years the palestines have joined every force conceivable to delegitimize any pillar, if not all pillars of jewish society, to them every thing jewish especially government and millitary are the number 1 target for them. It does not matter what you do for them, nothing is good enough, they just keep morphing to the point where they will get to go to court and rattle more rubbish from there chests and waist the courts time. Its a case of child psychology, every time they do something stupid they make up another story like a child, how about we take all there criminals direct to court for all the murders of jews they had there hands in jewish blood. They have no proof of anything wrong by jewish cout systems in israel, its all more of there propaganda machine hopeing to actually get a conviction, all they do is cry , what they must do is negotiate, because every case they file will loose, in any court, and again they wont face the negotiateing table, they will do anything to avoid this. More absurdity from the worlds most absurd.
9. To N 4, Mr's Sarah B
Luiz F Haddad ,   Brazil   (06.17.11)
Mr's Sarah B. As a magistrate, I know that Israelian Justice is far better than others, not only in the Middle East, but in the whole world. When I come back to Jerusalem, if God wants, I will visit the Supreme Court, and, also, the Knesset, because I am too interested to study Israelian legislation. Other Brazilian judges and attorneys have the same interest. There is no safety out from Law and Justice for all, nor out from Democracy and Humanism; values that derive from OUR GOD UNIQUE. I salute you again.

Simple solution--throw all of these complaints out of court.
