The level of incompetence, laziness and sabotage in these nuclear plants are incredible. Iranians are trying to find scapegoats. Current Iranian regime is crazy, irrational and unpredictable. When everything goes down the drain they look for any one that is around to blame. It is a frequent recurrence in totalitarian regimes. As an example think of Stalin who murdered the Kulaks and then there was starvation and death in the Ukraine, and then proceeded to murder tens of thousands of experienced top military echelon in 1937 making Red Army useless in the the first 2 years of WW2, then he trusted Hitler with Ribbentrop-Molotov pact which allowed Red Army (among many other things) to attack Finland in a disastrously incompetent military campaign that encouraged Hitler to attack Soviet Union 2 years later. As you see this is just one instance where such regimes make irrational decisions against their own interests. BTW the hero of Finland is Jewish General Manheim who planed the strategy that almost brought the half million fully equipped Red Army with tanks and airplanes to its knees by a band of only 25,000 Finish hunters, fishermen and farmers skiing on snow, sniping from trees, conducting night raids and using almost exclusively antiquated personal rifles. It is kind of reminiscent of Israel's war of independence, the difference being that Israel won decisively against overwhelming Arab numbers because of theirs even greater incompetence than the Red Army.
