What should we expect from a high ranking council member , honesty?

What a bunch of lies They wanted the pieces to make money !!! They are most perturbed that they were caught. Pity they recieved such a small fine and did not sit ten years allowed by law in these theft actions.

I am disgusted and ashamed. What on earth were they thinking. As a Herzliya resident, I now have to question the moral fabric of those that manage the Municipality.

Repentance is fine and to be desired, but it is essentially meaningless without some sort of harsh atonement. What will be the atonement by these alleged thieves, if they are convicted?
