Well said! This American boat, bringing thousands of letters to gaza's children obviously favours Palestinian children over Israeli children. It's shocking that these people don't seem to care about Israeli children (and parents) living in terror for their lives every single day.

Jorge ,   Israel/USA/Argentina   (07.01.11)
According to the San Remo treated, that land is part of the Jewish land, therefore the Sderot town is legal. The Arab ocupation of that Village was illegal according to same treated
33. Flotilla
Jorge ,   Israel/USA/Argentina   (07.01.11)
They are defying the Greek goverment in regarding the departure. They are viciuos people that only purposes is their only 15 minutes of fame. It will be nice if they can take vacations in Greece instead of insisting in a lost cause

#26,#27 The blockade is legal and from what I see of you guys falling apart and sinking fast, I'd say that the blockade is very effective. Now to najd, what you claim may or may not be true, but knowing that amongst the highest arab honors is to lie, cheat, and steal, I would I feel quite confident it is the latter. Why observer, no observations about all the Jews who in 1948 were robbed of all their possessions and booted out of all muslim nations. So observer of egypt keep your phony, biased little observations to yourself
36. Thank you, Governor Rick Perry & Shurat HaDin!
Sue ,   Los Angeles   (07.01.11)
Yesterday, Governor Rick Perry of Texas sent a letter to US Attorney General Eric Holder encouraging him to prosecute American citizens and organizations who are breaking the law by participating in "a naval expedition against a people with whom the United States is at peace in violation of...Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project...(2010)." Gov. Perry wrote that at least two of the ships, "The Audacity of Hope" and "The Challenger II," are registered in the state of Delaware, US organizations (Free Gaza Movement, etc.) raised money for the effort on US-based web sites, and the Inmarsat corporation based in Wash. D.C. was to provide satellite navigation and communications to the boats. It appears that the US and Greek governments decided to pull the plug on the flotilla at the last moment rather than become defendants in the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court by Shurat HaDin (Bauer v The Mavi Marmara) - not to mention Obama's ties to the flotilla (Rashid Khalidi, CodePink) would hurt his reelection.
37. The flotilla's speakers are perhaps the kind of elderly
ellen ,   $@#%@#%$#^%^%$^   (07.01.11)
Americans who have fluent English, But it's false and don't really shows who else is on board: Khaled Mashaal's son in law - the head of Hamas's military wing. Former Finance Minister of the Hamas government. They sure as hell are not peace activists who fly doves into the sky...
38. From where come these letters from children?
Stephen in New York   (07.01.11)
I'd like to know which children from which schools wrote these letters. Are children also waging war here?
39. Observer, Egypt #25: What a load of Bunk!!
Brant ,   Hilton Head USA   (07.01.11)
Hey, Observer: Can you tell us who Occupied Gaza from 1948-1967. Can you tell us which Occupier it was that kept the Arab residents of Gaza who you then called "Felaheen" (help your non-Arab friends understand the meaning of that word you used for those people, if you'd be so kind) not "Palestinians" under dusk to dawn curfew, enforced by shooting to death if they broke it,, for every night of those 19 years?? Oh!! It was Egypt!!
40. Ha ha ha ha

daz ,   uk   (07.01.11)
As a European I don't hate Israel I just want Israel to end the occupation and allow the Palestinians to form a state on 67 borders, peace works both ways.
42. #25 - Read UNR194 again and see obligations
William ,   Israel   (07.01.11)
It clearly outlines that any returning party must adhere to Israeli law and accept obligations under Israeli sovereignty, and cease and desist in aggressions against Israel. Arabs refused and therefore did not return. Arabs armies and irregulars were operating in the region since 1920. That fact is well-documented. Ask yourself - why did a contingent of Iraqi irregulars need to be operating around Nablus well before Israel's war of independence?
43. #25 - if the blockade on Gaza is ineffectual...
William ,   Israel   (07.01.11)
then why do you care about it? If it's so harmless and can be easily circumvented, then laughing at it rather than trying to break it would make more sense, wouldn't it? However, it certainly isn't illegal, which seems to be underscored by hosts of govts around the world when they blocked this illegal flotilla.
44. #26 - that doesn't make the blockade illegal
William ,   Israel   (07.01.11)
it makes it poorly managed. By your argument, Israel is justified in hardening the blockade to meet the criteria you've outlined. I'm actually for that.
45. That's my brother Billy Bob ... he'll git im.

When are you eurotrash gonna cut out the variations of : "I love the Jews, it"s the Zionists I hate"!? When are you gonna come up with something new instead of the same old nonsense, just packaged a little differently? Answer:never, because you don't have a moral leg to stand on so all you can come up with, is nothing accurate or factual, but the same old canards ie) Israeli occupation is the cause of all the strife in the middle east etc etc. There are a lot of brilliant talkbackers posting here, and they will pin your ears back when you post that same old boring nonsense. All I ask is that you come up with something new and original, we already know it will be a phony absurd lie. You'll still get stomped for it, but at least you won't be the usual boring Jew hating putzes that you are

Bohemond ,   Richmond, USA   (07.02.11)
...a bigoted fool. The overwhelming majority of Americans support Israel, hate Hamas and have nothing but contempt for the al-Qaeda-funding traitor skanks of Code Pinko, who no more represent "Americans" than the handful of self-hating Jews aboard represent "Israelis." Shalom.

joel ,   usa   (07.02.11)
if the flotilla aggressors persist to break the naval blockade in gaza, the IDF navy's torpedo would be able to stop them for good! they should be taught a lesson, that israel is not a push over nation!
50. While Innocent People Die in Syria, Libya

While brutal dictators mow their people down in Syria, Lybia, Egypt, Yemen, Baharein etc, etc these "activists" remain silent. You gotta question what they are really about!!!
51. Ship carrying letters for pal children
Bad assed Jew. ,   United States   (07.02.11)
ever hear of the mail, stupid? These 'passengers' were lucky that the Greek's took them home, all safe and in Greece. Keep them there for a while and let them cool their heels in Greece.
52. pro palestinian ship?
mary ,   israel   (07.02.11)
