The US jewish community does not have the same interests as Israel. A rift is coming between Israel and the diaspora, and personally i think it will be a good thing for Israel, teaching us to be more self reliant. We will always have our loyal supporters in the diaspora, who understand that their support does not entitle them to dictate to Israel from the other side of the world. We need to forget about obama, and work on ridding Israel of the US shackles, while nurturing and building our growing ties with the rising superpowers of India, China, Thailand and South Korea. Fool me twice, shame on ME. Every campaign pledge towards Israel has been broken. Obama declared himself the Negotiator-in-Chief for Fatah and Hamas, raising the bar against Israel time and again before any negotiations could even start. He has never asked the Arabs to release Shalit, or to stop teaching hatred in their schools and media. Even if he did not agree with the appeal to let Pollard see his dying father or attend his funeral, he did not have the human decency to reply to the request. He has pledged billions to the new Egyptian gov't without even knowing what it will be. The White House has now removed North Korea from the list of terror-sponsoring nations and put ISRAEL on it instead. Now he wants Jewish $ to finance his new campaign and to have Jewish bootlickers try to clean his image - not for the paltry Jewish votes, but for the massive amount of pro-Israel gentile votes in America. I hope that nobody is taken in this time around.

If Alan Solow, who supported Obama in 2008, intends to act as a partisan supporter of Obama or the Democrats he should resign his position. Obama has lied many times to get votes. He is pro-Muslim and will lie to get votes. He said he would cut our deficit in half if elected. He lied. Would close Gitmo...he lied. Would leave Iraq...he lied. Recently said we reached our goal in Afganistan...he lied. Said Israel must consider pulling back to 1967 borders...then said he did not say that...he lied.
