didnt netanyahu just say - that nobody is above the law- ??? the guy's a criminal- katzab- the people didnt want to see katzav the raper convicted- but still have a little hope in our H Justice courts- THE PEOPLE WANT HIM CONVICTED cause thats what is coming to him- no love lust though, the truth be told

want to see Katzav convicted. Religious Jews know better than to convict someone if there were no witnesses and no evidence. Israeli judges who believe they're above the law think they're allowed to convict anyone to their liking, or rather disliking. Many innocent Israelis have been convicted by these self-appointed evil judges.

The public did not want Katsav convicted: the public wanted a fair trial like happened with Strauss-Kahn got, not a show trial. It was "honest Olmert" and good old Shimon who wanted Katsav convicted for their own political purposes.

Being a successful practicing lawyer myself for over 50 years at the same prestigious law firm in the U.S, I can attest to the following: Being an ex president means that the Katsav was and still is a symbol for Israel. Its about time we put an end to profiteers who seek financial gains by unjustly throwing dirt at great men like Katsav...

and who told you that this Katsav was a great man ? fyi believe he was known to be a mini don juan. he was chosen by his colleagues instead of shimon peres (mizrachim versus ashkenazim) to prove we are very democratic !
