US aid will end anyway. The US spent the money on other stuff. Congress doesn't want to pay our bills anymore. If a deal is made, aid ends. If a deal is not made, the aid won't be worth toilet paper - the dollar will crumble. August 2 is the default date. Aid ends or is worthless, Congressional choice. Nobody knows which will happen.
