1. In the 12th century there was no Star Of David
Eduardo G. ,   Recife, Brasil   (08.06.11)
Historically, prior to the 1700's, the Star of David was only a decorative symbol even in Synogogues. Jewish Temples did not have any symbolism in front, on top or on any side of them. The Menorah, not the star - was for over three millennia, the symbol of our people. Sadly it took me many years to realize this, but it is true, no matter how much we wish for it not to be so or how entrenched in our collective souls the star may be.
2. #1- When We Put The Menorah On Flag Of Israel, War Will End!
Ari G. ,   Philadelphia, USA   (08.06.11)
The day that the government and the people of Israel physically & emotionally remove that Star & replace it with the TRUE symbol of the Jews - The Menorah (as you correctly pointed out) in between the two blue stripes in the flag of Israel - is the day that ALL war, bloodshed, terrorism, hatred - EVERYTHING BAD - will come to an end. THE STAR IS NOT THE SYMBOL OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE OR ISRAEL. THE MENORAH IS THE SYMBOL OF ISRAEL & THE JEWISH NATION!!!
3. Now It's the Vatican's Turn...
Jacqueline Bourg ,   Montreal Canada   (08.07.11)
Good news... Now it would be the Vatican's turn to give over to Israel what was stolen from the Temple, very clearly seen by their Arch of Triumph when they stole the Golden Lampstand and other ceremonial objects. What will it take for the Pope to return these stolen goods? A little earthquake maybe...as we are seeing all over the WORLD??? May GOD of Israel do what He sees fit to bring for His Kingdom to EARTH.
4. Italian church becomes synagogue again
A.D. ,   BRUSSELS, BELGIUM   (08.07.11)
To Eduardo G. , Recife, Brasil You claim that "In the 12th century there was no Star Of David ". First of all, that is a wrong statement, the Star of David or "Maguen David" exists at least... since King David wore this symbol on his shield, which also explains the name. And even if in the 12th century it might not have been used yet as an official symbol on synagogues etc.., it was probably added there one or two centuries later. So what? What's your point?
