1. LET'S FIGURE: If 300,000 protesters were really ONLY 65,000
Chaim ,   Migron   (08.07.11)
then 1000 stroller marchers are not more than an insignificant 215. Not even worth mentioning.
2. "A year in university = 1 year raising a child"
William ,   Israel   (08.08.11)
they fail to mention that university studies are heavily subsidized for the public. If they matched those figures with those overseas, even in the UK where university costs just skyrocketed, they wouldn't have an argument anymore.
3. Kadima says "rising electric proof govt ignoring public"
William ,   Israel   (08.08.11)
This comment by Kadima is proof they are ignoring basic economics and real facts on the ground. The Left do live in a self-deluded world where simply by waving their hand, funds will transfer from people they don't like to people they do like. Electricity, Gas, water...all commodities that cost Israel a lot before it even reaches the consumer. Until we're an energy producer, we're captive to the whims of other economies - just like ALL of Europe and the US! Water is expensive because of taxes. Why? Because Israelis waste too damn much...so now they protest the prices today, and tomorrow they'll protest the lack of potable water. One reason I'll never vote for Kadima, or anyone on the Left, is the constant reminder that any fiscal policy they institute when in power will destroy this country. Isn't it time that the rest of the world also take heed of the recent credit downgrade in the US???
4. Looks like right wing policies are failing

5. The Periphery
Kodosmama ,   Jordan Valley   (08.08.11)
Isn't so cheap either. All of my measly paycheck goes towards childcare costs for 2 kids. The thought of getting pregnant again scares me...
6. Kids ARE expensive, worldwide
Israel   (08.08.11)
If you can't afford them, don't have them - the state shouldn't have to support everyone!
7. To #6
Kodosmama ,   Jordan Valley   (08.08.11)
No state is supporting my kids, I work full time....but what's wrong with demanding realistic prices for services? Furthermore, it's never economical to have kids, so let's just stop reproducing all together and let the human race die out!
