I was at the rally where there were 1/2 million protesters. Does that sound like support across the board? Israel outstayed her welcome and the got stuck in the mus for nearly 20 years. I lost 5 friends in the war and another 3 in the years following. I can tell you as a certain fact, that half the time the soldiers were more worried about their own safety than the job at hand. Well that's very true. In the U.S. most kids move out of their parents' homes as soon as they graduate high school, or start college. There are a lot of cities there where you can get a nice big apt.for a reasonable rate. Get a roommate or two, and you got it made. Here the story is different. You pay very high rents for small dumpy apts. in terrible condition, and young folks do need to live longer with their parents. That's just the way it is.

The whole issue is the responsibility of the math teachers who are just not up to scratch. The average young middle class family will have blown over 100,000 Shekels travelling around the far east or south america, blown 120,000 on a lavish wedding, 50,000 on a car that is more expensive than they need and regular blows thousands on mobile telephones, filling restaurants and holidays. And they are incapable of adding all this tgether and understanding why they have no money for an apartment.
