1. Where are all those, well, you-know-who countries???
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (08.18.11)
Ever wonder why it's mostly Christians, Jews, Indians, Japanese and Chinese who win all those Nobel prizes? Ever wonder why so many Israeli companies are listed on Nasdaq, and almost no Arab companies? Ever wonder why there's no such thing as a car, computer, medicine or cellphone invented and developed in an Arab country? Why are computer programming languages all in English and not in Arabic? Look at the list. The highest ranking university in an "Islamic" country is in Saudi Arabia, but if you go through their faculty list I'll bet you find more western names than Saudi names. Where there is no academic freedom, there is no progress. Heck, except for Tehran where they are pumping billions into building nuclear weapons. Maybe that's how they made the top 500... Makes you wonder if those radical whacko professors at BGU who demand the end of academic freedom in Israel are being paid by the Saudis or some other Islamic power.
