Israel has more f-16s, Apache helicopter gunships and modern tanks than any country in NATO; except the US. While the recent attacks on southern Israel are deplorable, surely the article itself says it all - no way you can compare it with the Battle of Britain where 23000 civilians died, and many brave airmen. Germany was preparing for a ground invasion of the UK (Operation Sealion) and to say "the West stood behind Britain" must either be a joke or this writer is even more stupid than I thought reading his previous articles: the European "west" was by then under the Nazi jackboot while the US refused to enter the war until much later - I guess the writer has never heard of Pearl Harbor.
