And to try surviving, this regime would have to export as much crude oil as possible to pay for foreign gas thus possibly preventing the oil shock that many oil dependant countries fear for their economy. Oil is the main source of funds of the regime (carpets account for less than 10% of exports) & Iranians produce no more than 60% of their gasoline.
