1. Great news...Another Hezbollah in the making...
(08.29.11)
2. Militants? They are Arab terrorists
Larry ,   Or Yehuda   (08.29.11)
3. Continued credit to an unknown
Gideon Reader ,   USA   (08.29.11)
"talkbacker" or "backtalker", more correctly. "Blow them to Dust!" he said. Quite. Indeed. Please do so; "blow them to Dust!" Now would be a very good time. Why wait?
4. You are being used
Misha ,   Tel Aviv   (08.29.11)
This is clearly Israeli propoganda BS or, put another way, terrorism by our own, designed to scare everyone. All the English websites are leading with this story but they are being used to promote a hysterical political agenda. There is no reason for citizens to know information which should be destined only for the military. Ynet, you are being used...
5. Bet Yea hizbullah Dropped Those Off
(08.30.11)
on the way back to hizbulanon or what ever they call themselves.
6. External factors leave 1 option: BIG ISRAEL
Jerry ,   The Netherlands   (08.30.11)
7. reuters- "gaza militants.....".
sjoerd ruurd van der ,   worldnation/land etc   (08.30.11)
both sides/parties in the middle-eastern conflict have (unfortunately) an arms-arsenal. in that case, there is nothing new under the/our sun/star. when they are used, for example in a war it is not( particularly) peacefull, especially when the weapons of mass-destructions-arsenal are/will be used. both sides have to disarm immediately and at the same time, with the mediation of a third party, for example an asian organization together with the ( perhaps improved, strengthened, democratized/democratic) united nations organization.
8. This is pure propaganda
Ali ,   Scot   (08.30.11)
If this were the case Palestinians would defend themselves, they'd try to stop war planes bombing Gaza. Quite rightly so considering the amount of collateral damage civilians suffer.
9. #4 YNet is not being used, it's being read
John ,   Anchorage   (08.30.11)
You said: " There is no reason for citizens to know information which should be destined only for the military." So ... what would you prefer YNet discussed? Are there other news sites that discuss those things? Would it be wise for you to go there instead of asking YNet to stop providing information which the regular viewers of this site have already shown (by their presence here) that they want?
10. #6 Jerry: keep saying that!
John ,   Anchorage   (08.30.11)
Eventually someone in a position to take action on this advice will do so, hopefully sooner rather than later.
11. how? why?
Leon ,   New York   (08.30.11)
How are they being used, and what purpose would that serve? Furthermore, the article quotes an army official saying "It's not a major qualitative enhancement for them." So...clearly, no intent of creating hysteria.
12. Credibility
Mark ben Josuf ,   USA   (08.30.11)
Every time the Israeli military budget is discussed, these same claims increase. Yet, the claims never seem to pan out when the IAF bombs in Gaza. No jets or helicopters get fired on by the sophisticated stuff, not even during Cast Lead I or the recent offensive was any Israeli aircraft shot at. Of course, In the Libyan conflict, Israel might have reached out to the rebels and maybe had some influence over where some of Gadhafi's arms went. The rebels could have used some help they were not getting from Canada, the UK, France, Norway and a few other countries.
13. Those weapons have to be stored somewhere.
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, DC USA   (08.30.11)
Identify those storage sites. Take them out. Problem solved. Of course, this wouldn't be a problem if NATO forces had taken out those weapons stores while they were still in Libya.
14. So what? No qualitative change.
Stephen in New York   (08.30.11)
15. To #12 About Credibility
John ,   Anchorage   (08.30.11)
I would only read a news source that I had reason to believe was credible. That is why I read YNet. Your posts reflect the perspective of one who would prefer the unbiased, purely neutral, honest journalism of Al Jazeera or Al Aribiya.
16. So, why don't they use it ?
split ,   US   (08.30.11)
17. HA HA ! ! !
NadMan ,   Palestine   (08.30.11)

20. libyan Arms

There will be peace even if you are still paid for your ignorance.
